Great cleanser, decent moisturizer

Quick Take: foamy cleanser, clears dark spots, unnecessary items included, doesn't brighten
I bought this set to test out the range of products. I'm glad I did because I've figured out that most of them are totally unnecessary. I started out with the cleanser, the toner, the serum, the moisturizer...the whole shebang. Every day. I slowly weeded out products I deemed unnecessary - first the serum because that seemed pretty useless, then the toner because, really, what does it do? I ended up with just cleanser and moisturizer. I like the cleanser. It's nice and smooth, somewhat foamy. It has helped to get rid of some of my old acne scars. But make my skin brighter? I don't think so.

Quick Take: ok but not for acne scarring
This is a good product that does even the skin tone. Good scent and texture. It is more lightening than brightening - you will look a tone lighter. Though it lightens the appearance of smaller dark spots, it doesn't go all the way to completely heal them. Maybe it works for people that have smaller concerns, like redness / uneven skin tone, but if you have acne scarring, move onto the more serious stuff.

I ordered this as a gift for my mother. It includs a variety of items but each bottle is too tiny. I have not noticed any brighter skin yet. I wish I could get her a different gift set from Shisiedo.

Evens skin tone

I've been using this product day & night for the past 2 wks. I notice my acne scar was starting to fade in the first couple of days. And it also evens out my skin tone. But, this product did not do anything for my freckle/sun spot. I will keep using it & hope to see more result.

Quick Take: good value, travel-friendly
I am a huge Shiseido fan, most of my products are from them. However, it's White Lucent line just does not work well with my skin. I gave it a few tries over the years but it just makes me break out. It also left a dry feeling on my skin. But I am sure this line will be great for someone else's skin! I love Shiseido and would definitely recommend this to my friend because of it's a great value set!

I tried this until the products ran out but noticed no change in my dry skin. The softener really dried my skin out too, I didn't think it was necessary. The cleanser was really nice, got all my make up off and made my skin squeaky clean. I'm glad I only tried the sample set, it's a really good value to try out the line for yourself.

I have used this for about a week. I have lots of freckles and haven't noticed a big decrease in the size or darkness but it makes the skin very soft and smooth. I like the scent. I will keep trying and hopefully I will see the results I am looking for

Brightening Overall Tone

I've been using it for a week now and have seen results. My skin tone seems to have brighten. I will defiantly continue to use these products and if it continues to progress at the current rate, then I will buy the larger set. I wouldn't stay that any of my dark spots disappear but my overall skin glows now and looks much healthier. It'll take longer than a few days to determine if the appearance of my dark spots have faded.

I used it more than 10 days and didn't see results. I don't feel the softener is necessary. I recommend the Cleansing Foam and the Intensive Spot Targeting Serum. This is a return for me.

White Lucent Brightening Moisturizing Emulsion-To increase the skin's vitality, reduce fine lines. After using the skin more supple and detailed. White Lucent Intensive Spot Targeting Serum is very clear, not thick, very moisturizing whitening cream in the summer/Winter as the effect should be some face bright.
White Lucent Brightening Cleansing Foam is a bit dry for me and it really hurt my eye .when I was washed face .
