medium has more than a hint of color

When I first got this in the medium color and swiped some on quickly it left a dark brown streak on my face and I worried this would be way too dark for me --- I have light olive skinned with yellow undertones, fyi. I've used it a while now, though, and I have grown to really like it. It has a dark golden tone to it and if applied correctly - on matte skin with a good brush that doesn't grab a lot of product - it gives a warm finish that makes me look like I spent an afternoon out in the sun. I love that it is not at all cakey, not too matte, and not so illuminating that you look like you're wearing glitter or covered in grease. For me it is a great option for summer when I want something light to go over my tinted sunscreen and already have a hint of a tan to pull it off. If you are really fair, though, I'd steer clear of the tinted version of this powder. It would be too dark.

It covers redness very easily with a light feeling. Love the soft glow it leaves on my skin. I use mineral powder foundation which naturally doesn't last long, but Cover FX makes it last a lot longer.

I have recently bought this product & all I can say is that this product it amazing. I have dry and acne prone skin and this product makes my skin look amazingly flawless and it dont tend to make me breakout so gotta love it (:

This setting powder is GREAT. I always put on my liquid foundation, and set it using light but good amount of this product on a fan brush and sweep across my face. Really has given me an illuminating look, and this has reduced the "cakey" look of my makeup opposed to other powders- looks more natural. Would definitely recommend!!!!! Also lasts a while (I know the price seems so high but totally worth it!)

I have skin that tends to get very oily by the end of the day, which results in my makeup making my face look very shiny by the end of the day. With this powder, for the first time my makeup looked as fresh after a full day as it did right after I put it on. It provides amazing coverage without looking too heavy. This is also a shade in between the Cover FX light and medium matte setting powder, which is exactly what I needed since in the normal matte powder the shades are either too light or too dark for my skin. This is perfect!

I like this powder. I don't think it's illuminating, I thought that would be a nice element to the powder, but really it's just setting powder. The good thing is, it's not formulated with any of that nastiness, and then it doesn't settle into any lines/pores making me look old. I look the same before and after (I did a half-face comparison). No illumination, but also sets my make up and doesn't settle. So, it'll do.

its difficult choosing a product on line and getting it right. This product is darker than its image on line. I use it to blend in all my cream but its a bit dark for my light medium skin. I should have selected a lighter color. Other than that is a great product. I use all the cover Fx products... love em

I have this in "Light". It it a very fine powder, the "illuminating" qualities are very visible in the jar, but translate nicely on the skin. Shine-control is average.
