Quick Take: exfoliating, moisturizing
I purchased this lipbalm after trying the tiny birthday gift from Sephora. The balm is super moisturizing, and the quality of this balm is no different than the ones you pay for regular price. This proves that Fresh was using the same formula, instead of sometimes using a cheaper formula that lacks quality. The lip exfoliater is a bit harsh for my lips, but that may also be due to my sensitive lips. I tend to just lightly dab my dry fingers in the pot, so I only have a little product, then I emerse my finger into a cup of water for 2 sec so some particles get dissolved, then I apply it to my lips and rubbing it lightly in cicular motions.After the exfoliater is washed off, my lips felt more moisturized. But all in all, I was very impressd with the balm, and the scrub.
