I love these size of shadows. Because they take up less room have room in my vanity drawer for 60. I thought I should try to use more matte, but, it didn't work. I love the satin from this kit, and am sharing all the matte with my niece. Bare Minerals shadows are the best and the only brand of shadows I use.

This color collection is amazing in so many ways. First, the bareMinerals line always goes on so smoothly without having to use a lot of the product. Also, this entire collection is perfectly matched so you can use almost any combination to create several looks. I love how weightless the formula feels and how it doesn't crease after a full day of wear. Definitely a great deal.

Lovely way to get a stash of BE shadows.

Quick Take: good quality, great deal, easy to apply, colorful
I already have some BE shadows. & luckily I didn't have these shades. I love BE eye shadows so I thought this was a perfect way to get a big stash of them. I know a lot of reviews mention that its matte vs. satin, etc. For me, that didn't matter. I put primer on for my eye shadows and the color pops out no matter what formula I choose. I am happy with the formula. Glides on easily, colorful. Great quality.

Quick Take: a good variety of shades, convenient to store and use.
I've been using Bare Minerals since it first came out, and I've never had a problem with any of their products. I don't know if they changed the size on their eye shadows, but these all seem like sample sizes, and this makes me feel that the price was somewhat high for even 20 beautiful shades.

THIS SET IS A MUST HAVE. ALL OF THE COLORS ARE BEAUTIFUL; THE VELVET COLORS ARE VERY PIGMENTED BUT YOU CAN SOFTEN THEM UP BY USING A LIGHT HAND. I HAVE HAD SEVERAL COMPLIMENTS WHILE WEARING THESE COLORS. LOVE!!

I haven't tried the Bare Minerals eyeshadows before but the set looked so pretty I thought I would give it a try. I'm definately happy with this purchase. The colors are gorgeous and buildable. With so many to choose from you won't get bored. And they didn't irrate my skin which can be very sensitive. I think this would be a fantastic gift for anyone who loves makeup and eyeshadows. Enjoy!

I bought these eyeshadows because I know its a great deal. Plus I heard they are great. I have never tried bareMinerals eyeshadows before. I have not used these eyeshadows yet because I an waiting for my eDiva makeup organizer to arrive. But I also bought another eyeshadow from BM and its a shimmery light one called Bahamas and its beautiful! I can't wait to try this set. Oh these eyeshadows are smaller than their regular single eyeshadows.

Do not hesitate to purchase this set! If you love eyeshadow and BE this is a must have. The colors are beautiful; you can use them with a light hand for a natural look or layer more for a really intense look. The value is wonderful; these shadows will last forever and there is no limit to the number of looks you can get!!! Ever color is spot on and gorgeous!

soft, creamy, mattes and gorgeous satins! a set of 20 that has hundreds of combo possibilities. Even though these are mini, they are full of product and with 20 you'll find it really hard to run out of colors.

Finally a set of eye shadows that are not full of sparkle and glitter. The only problem is that the colors are listed on the bottom so when I turn them over to look at color name, too much of the eye color ends up in the lid.
The colors blend easily and can be layered for more color. I found I like and use colors that I wouldn't normally pick. For example, pink shades usually make my eyes look puffy but blending it with other colors makes wearing pink possible. Thanks bareMinerals for this great product. My 20 something daughter loves the colors too.

If you like a matte look or a satin look with a matte crease or any other combination, you can have it by using the minerals in these little pots of color. Add some sparkle from your other Bare Minerals eyeshadows, and you have another look! So versatile...

Okay team, here's the story. I always thought of bare minerals as one of those brands that sounds too good to be true. To be honest, their "swirl, tap, buff" slogan was not as tempting to me as goodies from other brands and I never looked twice at them. Then this set came on my screen and I had to get it for the sheer fact that you get 20 eyeshadows. I take back any hard feelings i've ever had about this brand! These shadows are great and you don't need much at all to get a beautiful eye look! I always put either a base or a primer on my lid so that the loose pigment has something to stick to and using the correct brush for application is very important with these shades. I find that my finger works very well if I want an all over lid shade or one of my denser brushes. The denser the brush the better with these shadows, and you want to make sure to roll or pat them on, sweeping them on the lid will result in too sheer of an application. The colors are very blendable and I love the matte shades as crease shades! The brown, grey, and blue make excellent eyeshadow when used with a damp brush (you need to make a thicker paste to line with so it's not so sheer) The colors here are my favorite part of the kit, they are so beautiful and soft! The shades are very nique for the most part and you have a good range to play with here. I think these are a very sophisticated way to do color, especially if you work in a stricter environment that wants a more natural makeup look. You can add a colored base to enhance the color of the shadow or you can get true, soft color by using them with a regular primer. The colors work very well together and you can wear each of these as a single lid color or combined with multiple crease/lid combinations. The value of this kit is insane, each shadow is 4 dollars...most drugstore products are not that affordable. These are small, but I am not worried about running out anytime soon, you honestly just need a little bit for a gorgeous look. I have hundreds of makeup products, but I have not been able to put this down in the 3 weeks i've had it!
