I LOVE this lip liner! The color is wonderful and it stays on all day! This is the perfect RED, I use it with NARS Jungle Red Lipstick! Its great for summer or winter. =)

The ONLY reason that this item does not get a five star rating from me is the price. I think $28 for a liner is pushing it. That being said, I love the color, texture and wear of this liner. A must have if you use the Opaque Liquid lipstick in Icon.

I can't say enough for Hourglass lip wear. I bought this to match my Hourglass Icon, which it does perfectly. I also wear this with Smashbox Infrared Matte for my day red. The Icon is glossy. Its pricy for a lip liner and I don't see any need for the brush applicator at the end, wish it was just all pencil. But it looks fabulous.

This does not stay put all day unless you dont eat or drink anything.
Also, make sure you wash the brush, dont just use it bc mine was hard and stiff and left a big scratch in my lipstick :(
Color match is great though and I use it as a base for my icon lipstick. Happy with it, just wish they hadnt claimed that it lasted all day as it does NOT.

Quick Take: excellent
I love this product. The color is vibrant and beautiful,. I have to use the liner as a base because the lipstick is a little drying. The color lasts all day. They are expensive but it was worth ever dollar!

I love this pencil and the color, I don't use it every day as it is an intense color but beautiful. The only downfall is it is a bit drying so I do often apply gloss.

I had originally bought the Hourglass Opaque Rougue Liquid Lipstick in Icon and it looked fantastic but wasn't as precise as I'd liked it to be. So when they came out with the Lip Liner I bought it and tried it right away. I can honestly say it makes a BIG difference! I LOVE IT!

Love this lip liner and the liquid lipstick that matches it. However, when used with the matching GLOSS (yes, I bought all three ...), it does bleed. Without the gloss, that doesn't seem to happen. I don't wear red very often, so I've only used it once or twice, but the color (a pure red with blue undertones) is very pretty. Expensive, but this will last me for years. I love everything Hourglass!

Best lip liner ever

I bought this to pair with my Icon lipstick. The other end is a brush making it easy to blend the liner on the lip without having to reach for a separate lip brush. The formula is smooth and creamy, yet very long lasting. I wore this with the matching lipstick to my holiday party last night and it lasted all evening without fading. I hope this comes in other colors because this liner has become an HG product for me.

I decided to try it on today and I was blown away! I have full lips (gotten compliments on them) and this color made them stand out even more! I felt glamorous, like a Hollywood movie star! I wanted to buy it right then and there but budgetary reasons prevented me from doing so.
I'll just add it to my shopping list and get it on my next Sephora visit! I love it!
