Quick Take: good value, travel size
upon reading some of the reviews i think i must be the only one that loved this product. ill start with the eye tint: the color was absolutely beautiful...like a tawny gray purpley beige that looks very natural. the beach tint: loved the smell. its a little drying on the lips so i recommend maybe putting a lip balm over it. the shimmering skin perfector: AMAZING! just mix a little of it with your foundation and it gives you an incredible glow all day. mascara: i wasnt too impressed. primer: beautiful, smooth, your makeup lasts all day. overall, i was soooo happy with these products, especially for value!

Yes, you get a lot of products and at great sizes, but the products in this kit did not work for me at all.
Starting from left to right, the eye color was just whatever for me. It's a slight tint of taupe color and it doesn't really do much. It's very lightweight and not good enough to use as primer for my oily lids, I need a thicker formula.
The cheek/lip stain is an unflattering color (Asian skin, yellow undertones) and doesn't blend into my skin flawlessly, so you can see slight patchiness of color when applied to cheeks. As a lip stain, it dries out my lips and doesn't stay put. The consistency is medium for a lip stain.
The shimmering perfector is okay, it gives a great luminosity to skin but doesn't stay on very long.
The mascara is decent but it spoils quickly. I think after 1.5 months it dried out and was unusable. Waste :/
Lastly, the primer...s.u.c.ks. I don't know how the main product page got good reviews, but it does nothing for my skin. If you're used to silicone-y primers, this is different-it's more like a mousse/cream texture. It doesn't do anything for my skin, like smooth it out or even keep my other Becca products (I'm currently only using Becca make up) on my face. It's like I didn't even use primer at all when I put it on. Also, it can be very slightly drying.

I like the eyeshadow. the blush was nice but the color wasn't the best for my skin tone. i don't like the mascara's that are 'tubes'.
i found the trick with the eyeshadow is to leave your eyelid closed until it dries and then it shouldn't crease. i have pretty oily eyelids. the color is a pretty neutral as well. I don't care for any sort of highlighter since i get oily and the primer is ok. I prefer Nars.

the colors were SOOO light, like they had no pigment whatsoever. i like natural looking makeup but there is a diference between natural and no color whatsoever. the primer was nice though. i didnt even try the mascara as i was so disappointed with the eye and cheek colors

Quick Take: not worth it
The primer, mascara, and shimmering highlighter get are great but the beach tint and brown gel tint stuff is useless. They have no pigment and separate easily. They smell nice but don't show up on lips or cheeks and make the set in my opinion not worth the money.

Well let us start off with the resurfacing primer. I felt this was the best product in the kit, easy to apply and leaves skin soft and moisturized. I'm not sure it made my makeup last any longer than usual... but it really did make my skin appear smoother.
The mascara goes on nice, but I found due to the fact it creates little tubules around lashes, if you even remotely touch your eye you end up with fragments of black tubules around your eye area; this I did not care for.
The shimmering skin perfector is nice, goes on smooth and provides just enough of a highlite without looking overdone.

The eyeshadow is great, love the color and super easy to apply. The beach tint is the same consistency as the shadow, however I feel it's too peachy for my medium tan skin.

It's a nice set of products if you're interested in trying out Becca. The only product that stood out was the Shimmering Skin Perfector as it does exactly what it says. The other products are way too sheer, once you attempt to blend they dissappear. I love no makeup makup looks which is what drew me to Becca, but this just seemed like no makeup...

Nice kit, but the colors are disappointing

I love the products and formulas in this kit. I've never used becca products until now and really like them. That said, the eye and cheek/lip colors are too sheer. I am very pale and the colors are so sheer that I have to layer them up to get any visible color. I purchased another beach tint (dragonfruit) at the same time and that one is SO PIGMENTED compared to the one included in this kit. The eye one is also too sheer. I wouldn't purchase the colors included in the kit ever again, but I would recommend purchasing other colors. The luminzer is great, as are the other products. Very nice. You just might not enjoy this kit if color is your focus.

Quick Take: oily sheer
I had such high hopes for this brand. Let me start with the good, the primer seems to work well. Not amazing, but it's pretty good. Also, the highlighter is decent for a cream product. That's where the good ends, the products need to be shaken or else oil comes out. The cheek color is pretty but the product is really sheer and oily rather than dewy. I didnt like the buildability either. The eyeshadow is really light in color and I'm very fair. It is also oily and creases easily. Def need a primer with it. I'm torn with the mascara, its ok, there are better drug store products that are way more volumizing and a lot less expensive. Considering the price of the items individually, it's a good deal, but most of the products are going to go unused.

Having never used Becca products before, I picked this up for an intro to the brand. Overall, I'm not disappointed. The primer is really nice and light - I don't feel like my skin can't breathe with it on. The shimmering skin perfector is wonderful! I love the sheen it gives, whether I use it all over underneath foundation or just as a highlighter. The mascara is a little too wet for my taste, but I can work with it. It does a nice job of lengthening, overall, but it's a little clumpy. The eye tint is very nice, just a subtle sheen on the eyes, great for a natural/easy day or underneath a powder shadow. The beach tint is completely the wrong color for me - it shows up so very orange (I'm a cool-toned girl with dark brown hair and brown eyes), unfortunately. No matter what, I don't like it on my lips, but in a different shade, I think it would be nice as a cheek tint. Unfortunately, I just can't use it. I've tried...

I am always trying new makeup products, and this set is okay. I LOVE LOVE the mascara. It does everythin it says it does. Its amazing. The lip tint is a beautiful coral beachy color but it tends to look ashy without chapstick on top, and makes the white residue on the sides after a while. The eye tint is a perfect skin ton color. Looks extrememly natural and makes your lid look matte and even colored. The shimmerin skin perfector is a little weird. Im tan skinned and it doesnt look good on my skin. I cant see myself using it as a highlight b/c it has a weird reflective effect to it. The primer is very good and a great size.

A mix of highs and lows

I have been wanting to try Becca shimmering skin finish and beach check tints for some time and this was a good way to try that and more. I really have loved the both of the listed products above but really didn't like the eye tint. It takes a long time to dry and on my light/medium skin took forever to build up good color, maybe a darker color wold have worked better. The mascara is a little wet for my liking right now but I hope after another week or two it will dry out to a consistency I like. The primer was good nothing special and for the price I wouldn't bother. I will definitely be getting the shimmering skin perfecter and beach tint. The sample sizes are large for samples and I think that the eye tint, check tint and mascara are full sized.

Quick Take: travel size, pricey
The main reason I bought this was for the primer, which I really love. It smooths out my pores and gives a nice base for foundation. I like how smooth it makes your skin feel without being really thick and greasy-feeling like a lot of primers. I can't say if it helps makeup last longer b/c I wear EL Double Wear which lasts forever on its own.
I wanted to try the cheek and eye tints really bad as well, but I'm a little disappointed. First, its annoying that the products separate so you have to shake them (which isn't always effective) and they feel kind of oily when you first put them on. Second, they are not long-lasting. The eye tint creased on me without a primer, and I was hoping to use this as a base/primer for other shadows. I like to put my Milani blush in luminoso over the cheek tint (that blush has terrible lasting power but looks gorgeous), but unfortunately using the cheek tint did not help it last any longer. Third, both of these are extremely sheer - the eye tint looks quite dark but it hardly shows up on my very light skin.
The shimmering skin perfecter is a gorgeous highlighter, but again not very long-lasting.
I liked the mascara decently, although it takes a lot of coats to get any volume. I like how black it is though and its not clumpy - very defining. It dropped my curl so I will let it dry out a little.
Overall these are nice products, but it is pricey. I was very excited to get this but I was a little disappointed. The best thing in this kit is the primer - if you are not sure about the other products just buy the primer.

Quick Take: creamy texture, natural finish, easy to use
I love all of the products in this collection. The primer is one of the best I've ever used. I like the matte finish for my sometimes oily skin. The eye color doesn't show up very well but I love the texture of it. It just glides on & it does stay on a long time (I use with primer also). I would like to try a darker color though. I was surprised by how much I like the cheek tint. It's so easy to use & blends well so you can gradually add more without worrying about looking like a clown. The skin perfector is also a very nice product. I didn't know if I'd like it but a little bit is all it takes & it really helps even skin tone & give a subtle glow. I really love this brand. After using this kit, I also purchased the foundation & more beach tint. I like a more natural look so this set is perfect for that. I have sensitive, acne prone skin & I have had no break outs since using these products!

Quick Take: a great value and great products
This was my first Becca purchase and could not be happier. Resurfacing Primer is the best of the many that I have used. Shimmering Skin Perfecter is perfect. (don't use on entire face but only very high on cheekbones and in the cupids bow above upper lip…perfect! Eye Tint and Beach Tint are silky smooth and are long wearing as promised. Love the Mascara and it does have a great lengthening effect. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase and will try more Becca products. Get this set and you will not be disappointed!

After stalking this item online I finally was able to purchase. This is a great set for everyday. I was mainly interested in the primer. Love everything in this kit. The tints are super blendable. Primer is the best I've used. Mascara is for everyday wear. Not big volume for nighttime. So glad I was able to purchase. Very happy.

Am very pleased with this kit. The resurfacing primer I now use daily. I have lots of primers but this one does take care of pores. The eye tint didn't work for me because of the color but it lasted all day. The Beach Tint is light which is good for some days and I liked the opal skin perfector for the same reason--it is light.

This is my first Becca cosmetics purchase and really like it so far.
The primer is very creamy, feels like putting on moisturizer. Once on it does not feel heavy though, and it keeps my makeup on all day. But I didn't notice any additional benefits. I think its pricy so I might not repurchase.
The mascara is decent. It goes on wet like regular mascaras (you don't see the micro tubes until you wash it off). Feathers out the lashes and gives you a natural look (not much length and volume). I like to apply Benefit's There Real mascara on top for more volume and length. Washes off easily with cleanser or makeup remover. I would not pay full price for it thought.
The eye and cheeck tints are very creamy and spreadable. The eye tint blends in with my eyelids now that I have a tan. It gives me just a nice sheen on its own or makes a nice base for eye shadow (since it is not sticky). The cheek tint is an orangy coral, looks very natural, and lasts all day. It glides over your foundation/powder without disturbing it. However, both tints do separate inside the tubes so you have to rub them between your palms to mix it before applying. I would buy the tints again.
The shimmering skin perfector gives you a very subtle shimmer/glow. It is very natural looking which I like (unlike Benefit's highbeam). I plan on mixing it with my foundation for an all over 'glow.' However it did not last very long: no more than a few hours. I am not sure I will buy again because it requires reapplication.
