Quick Take: luxurious, amazing quality
This is just beautiful. I bought two, one for myself & one for a gift. The shadows are smooth and pigmented with no fallout or creasing. The black powder works great as an eyeshadow or as eyeliner. I just spray an angled brush with fix spray, dip it into the powder & draw on like eyeliner. The included brushes are useless like most that come with an eyeshadow palette but I have my own brushes anyway so it doesn't matter. All shadows are shimmery except the matte black powder liner. The lipsticks are amazing quality. I bought this after reading an online review about it. Its everything I hoped it would be. I wore the shadows & liner and one of the lipsticks to an early holiday gathering with my family and I got so many compliments.

Quick Take: good value, travel size, versatile, long-wearing, classic, superb quality
A beautiful palette. Every single color is wearable, and the textures are fantastic. The shadows are buttery and smooth and the lip colors also have incredible feel and long wear for a palette. Mixed with lip balm, they have a nice sheered-out effect as well. (I usually find palettes to be sub par compared to the "regular" items in most cosmetic lines.) One of the reds is warm, the other is cooler, but both would wear well on all skin tones. (I have medium/tan skin.) The eye shadow shades are not unusual, but they are versatile, and allow for either nice mono-chromatic looks or blendable looks. I haven't used the black liner shade as much, but it is great to have, in case you forget to pack an eyeliner when you travel. I also have not experienced any fall-out from the shadows or liner. Packaging looks stylish and incredibly elegant - typical Guerlain. It's not too big but also not too small and it has heft, but won't weigh down your purse. This is my favorite holiday beauty purchase and believe me, I made many! :)

Quick Take: travel size, expensive, beautiful
From the shiny black exterior to the huge palette mirror, from the rich cool and warm toned reds to the pops of shimmery gold (not glitter! no fallout here, even without a primer!), the Liu palette is a winner. The eyeshadows are smooth and buildable, and the lipsticks are decadent. The real star of the palette is, however, the eyeliner! A wet-dry cake that works exceedingly well with a soft, synthetic bristle angle brush, the eyeliner is appropriate for smoky looks AND tightlining, and it settles along the lashline like a dream. Don't bother with the brushes Guerlain has included: they are finicky and generic. If you use a proper set of your own tools, this palette will become indispensable. When it comes to Guerlain cosmetics, you truly do get what you pay so much for!
