Quick Take: amazing
Contrary to some on here it is meant for men. It is masculine smelling, but women can wear it, but women wear Aqua di Gio and other mens fragrances. It is an amazing scent that is so unique that people comment on everytime I wear it.

I am a woman and I love this scent to wear. I received a sample, wore it for 2 weeks, and didnt realize it was for men until I was looking for it to purchase ... opps. I like it so much; I am going to still wear it.

This scent is very different from anything I have ever smelled. It smells great and is long lasting. However, I wouldn't wear this during the hot summer months.

I got a sample of this with an order. I'd planned on passing it along to the man in my life...not so much! MINE! I love how the sandalwood, pepper, and rose smell on my skin.

I received a sample of this with a Sephora online purchase. I thought it was a for women. I loved it. Found out later it's a men's cologne. After it is spritzed on my skin, it changes subtly. Four people have commented on how much they like my new "perfume" it smells different on my husband but not his favorite scent.

To me, this fragrance smells like old people and their old dusty things. There's nothing seductive, unforgettable (other than the stench), or elegant about it. I definitely do not recommend purchasing this fragrance without testing a sample beforehand.

I received Declaration dUn Soir as a sample and I loved it! I didn't realize it was for men until I tried to buy a full bottle. Oh well, guess I could buy it for my hubby...sigh.

Quick Take: good value, intoxicating, unisex
Got this as a sample and loved it on me, not knowing it was a "men's cologne." I love it - pepper and sandalwoold and rose are all favorites of mine, and this smells just intoxicating.
So I'm getting it. For me. It's delicious.

I received this as a sample and liked it but did not "love it for me". I checked twice, thinking it was a men's fragrance. Funny reviewing a fragrance I did not purchase. Try it in the store or get a sample. I have to say I love Cartier fragrances in general and Basier Vole is my favorite.

I received this perfume as a sample, but I would not purchase it because it is not my taste. Since so many perfumes have similar notes, I find that this scent is different from other perfumes.

I sampled this in November. I, then, forgot what it was other than a variation of Cartier Declaration.So finally I found out exactly what it was and I bought it and I just can't get enough of it. It is very masculine, but in a way that doesn't make you smell like everyone else. THE BEST I HAVE SMELLED IN YEARS!
