Great coverage and color

I received a sample of this and tried all of the colors. As my face tends to be on the rosy/red side, Buttercup was a perfect foil to tone down my redness. I would say the coverage is light to medium, as my aging skin cannot tolerate a cakey or completely matte finish. Also, I know this tube will last me awhile, as a little goes a long way.

BECCA does it again!

BECCA won me over years ago with their perfect stick foundation and (what I think is) the best highlighter/luminizer on the market. So I wasn't surprised that I loved this foundation, except that I kinda was.....let me 'splain.
I am not a fan of silicone emulsion based foundations. I find them to be very hard to apply unless you have perfectly prepped skin. They can be drying, they can actually roll and pill up if you have TOO much moisturizer or sunscreen on under the product and they often are either drying or give you the mid-day greasies.
Somehow, this formula avoids all that weirdness. It's not quite accurate to say this is a dewy finish. It's a true satin finish, not too matte, not too shiny. It goes on evenly and easily even on bare skin that hasn't been moisturized. It has buildable coverage....in the true sense of that phrase. You can easily wear an exceptionally thin layer of it to just even out redness or you can build it up to cover problem skin or even hyper-pigmentation. (Tip: Though I love my foundation brushes, this formula goes on much better with clean fingers.)
One of the more remarkable qualities about this foundation is how it just won't settle into fine lines and yet it doesn't look like you have any makeup on at all. That seems nearly impossible, but the proof is this: I forgot my concealer recently on an overnight trip. I used this foundation not just under my lid but on my top lid as a primer. No irritation, worked great as a shadow base and I noticed my fine lines around my eyes were diminished better than when I use a concealer made especially for fine lines.
The only tricky part of this foundation is that if you've not figured out in person which color you are, you may have a hard time choosing the right match. This is particularly true for people between the fair and medium range. If you have a Sephora near you that carries Becca, it's best to try and swatch in the store.
Bottom line - A true radiant foundation, totally buildable and as sheer or covering as you need. Works great on young or aging skin, looks natural, lasts all day, a bit tricky finding a perfect match without seeing in person.

I would describe myself as a beauty product junkie, I have tried so many different foundations from bare minerals to dr. Jart to Dior. This has hands down caught my attention and made me fall in love. It glides smoothly over my skin, creating a dewy yet really flawless not too shiny finish. My skin looks healthy. I struggle with some hormonal acne and this has a nice cover to some spots and does not get caught on dry skin since I have combination. The best part is that it lasts all day long. What I put on in the am stays with me throughout the workday which I have found to be lacking quality of even some of the most expensive foundations. This is worth every penny and I will re purchase.

I love this foundation, I chose a color a little darker than I normally would and mix it in with my BB cream...I have done this with other foundations but never got such a good effect. I like the BB creams but feel they need a little color boost, especially for summer. This foundation seems to take the smoothing and pore minimizing to a whole new level, and even though it is 'radiant' it will not make you look shinny or oily, just a healthy glow, and stays that way all day....not too dry not too moist, just right.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this foundation. It has light closer to medium coverage. Most amazing feeling on the skin and NEVER EVER goes cakey. I wear this on 12 to 16hr shifts and stays put all day. I don’t even set it with a powder. Another magic from BECCA <3it

I got a sample of this with a Sephora order, and I have to say I will be very sorry when it runs out! :) The foundation glides on very smoothly and has quite good coverage, almost enough to cover my acne scars without additional concealer. It works well with my oil skin and hasn't broken me out ever. Definitely will consider purchasing the full size.

Noisette is my perfect Summer shade. I struggled to find a foundation that looks as good as the MUFE HD 125 which I use during Winter months. The finish looks so natural and the coverage is buildable. I think I can finally stop buying and testing different foundations. I love it!

I recieved this foundation as a sample, and I have to say, this foundation is really good. It blended into my skin really well, and it stayed on through my very busy day. It also didn't make my skin oily, which almost every foundation I've tried has. Plus, it made my skin glow. I will be ordering a full size ASAP.

Quick Take: satin finish, wears off quickly
I tried this product for a week and it was OK. The Shell is a little too yellow for my skin tone, which is fair with more neutral undertones. I like the satin finish, it didn't settle into my pores or fine lines or make my skin dry the way a fuller coverage/matte tends to do. BUT it didn't seem to last very long throughout the day and made my combination skin seem oily even with a primer underneath and a powder on top to "set" the foundation. The summers in my area are very humid and this foundation will not last at all in humid conditions. All that being said, I think for the price I could find something to suit me a lot better. I am going to exchange this product for something else.

I received a sample of this foundation in 6 medium tones. I tried them all and FAWN was the perfect match for my skin. I wasn't expecting much as I usually hate foundation and don't wear it, but I was THOROUGHLY impressed.
This has a soft, smooth, glowing finish. Feels very light on the skin. It isn't oily and doesn't dry my skin out. I have very light discolored spots on my skin and the usual discoloration around the nose and under eyes, and this completely evens my skin out without it looking like i'm wearing foundation at all. I apply it (thin layer) with a flat foundation brush and my fingers to blend and even out.
I use this over moisturizer. On hot days I layer with a translucent powder. Way better and easier than BE powders.

Quick Take: long wearing
I have a pretty intense makeup habit and have tried so many of the foundations on today's market. The porcelain shade is a perfect match of my skin, for comparison MUF HD Foundation in 110 also matches me well, so it's a similar shade. I don't have scars/spots/acne to cover and just use foundation to even things out, and this is perfect for that!! It's light coverage and very smooth.
The only thing I dislike is that it smells strange and I can smell it on my face hours after applying.

Seriously, this foundation isn't worth any more than maybe $10. It belongs in the cosmetics aisle of the grocery store, not Sephora. It's not terrible per say, but FAR from anything special. Very sheer coverage that I did not find buildable to even medium. No sort of flawless finish. Just very, very cheap, run-of-the-mill foundation.

I just got a sample of this foundation. There's six dollops of each shade from Shell to Nude. I have fair olive skin and the ones that don't look pink look best on me. There is a huge color range even in the light shades, but if you don't get this sample, or you have darker skin, it might be difficult to pick a shade if your Sephora store doesn't sell Becca.
I usually like a dewy finish, nothing matte and sometimes I have to switch foundations or tinted moisturizers in winter and summer. Since I've been experimenting with these samples, it's gone from 30 degrees to 80 degrees, and it's worked well in all temperatures. With aging skin, I steer clear of foundations with heavy coverage, but this one covers well and doesn't look like a mask. It just makes your skin look good. It is a satin finish, not matte and not too glowy, but just right. I don't notice any smell at all, and it doesn't settle into fine lines and wrinkles, for me anyway. I used to use a blue concealer before putting on my regular concealer because I have extreme dark circles, but I don't need the blue stuff with this foundation. I just apply my concealer over the foundationt, and it looks great. I'm going to use all the samples before buying the full size because I want to be sure of the color and be sure that I don't break out, etc. I wear an SPF moisturizer, so I hope I'm protected enough since this foundation doesn't have an SPF. Maybe that's why it looks so good! So far, I recommend this foundation.

I was in my local store and found this line. Took a chance on it and so glad I did! I'm very fussy about my foundation and hadn't found just the "right one". As a matter of fact, I have a drawer full!
This goes on smooth with just the right amount of coverage. I can use either my finger tips, or a brush (almost prefer the brush) and the color is perfect. No turning orange later in the day, or rubbing off on my collar. Love this line! I also bought the illuminator and put it at the tops of my cheekbones for that light and dewy look.
