This is the best mineral powder foundation I've found. I have light to medium skin an NUDE is a perfect match for me. Very happy so far. Very buildable coverage and truly lightweight. Perfect for summer.

Quick Take: style over substance
Becca's brand was built on their LOOSE FINISHING POWDER. It has always been their best product, and this pressed "mineral" trash does not come close. Years ago Becca made an incredibly foolish decision to pull their brand from Sephora and other retailers and wound up crawling back. As sales fall, discontinuing their cornerstone product may prove to be equally idiotic.

Quick Take: buildable coverage
I was looking for a good-looking compact containing a product that I like...light, but good coverage and the right shade. (I used to use Tarte, but the compact is really too big and heavy plus their signature purple is a bore at this point.) Becca offers a wide selection of shades and I love the look of the compact.

Packaging was great, love the pouch and the compact is very nice. Powder gives beautiful coverage and flawless skin, however about 2 hours in it oxidized on me and settled into my fine lines. Mid-afternoon its a mess, looks aweful. Orange city.....Returning it. I wanted to love it so bad but it looks worse than any drugstore product I've ever used.

Quick Take: buildable coverage, smooth natural finish
So glad I bought this powder. I have oily acne prone skin that always has a new or healing blemish mark but I hate wearing make up everyday. Bought this based on reading the reviews and it is a winner. Great coverage but not heavy. Does not last all day on me but nothing does. I am extremely oily so this will probably be long wearing for most. Amazed that the color works because I am dark with orange/yellow undertones. Most dark make up has red undertones and it looks horrible on me. But the Sienna is surprisingly natural looking. I use a brush made for mineral makeup and think that helps. Very happy with this purchase.

The Most Natural Looking Foundation!

Quick Take: natural finish
First off I have dry combination acne prone skin and I was totally blown away by this product. I tried it over my tinted moisturizer and it was nice I only lightly dusted it. However I wanted to try this on its own and I was amazed how natural it looked it looked as if it was my own skin just glowing from within. This product has no glitter or shimmer that I see but it has a light reflecting quality to it also it doesn't look at all greasy which I love. It helped minimize the look of my pores and I can't rave enough about the color I choose which was the color Nude. I have a light-medium with yellow undertone skin and its hard to find a powder that is yellow enough and this is perfect it has no pink in it at all.
The coverage is light to almost medium I do need a concealer with this and currently pair it with Nars creamy radiant concealer because my skin is so dry I spray my concealer brush that I use to blend out with Clarins Beauty Elixir. Also I feel I need to mention that this product did not break me out and I love the packaging. It has a rubberized bottom like nars packaging however it doesn't leave prints because of the grey color and the metal top gives it a luxurious feel. I'd give this product 10 stars if I could and will forever love this fine, smooth, non-oxidizing, radiant, natural looking powder.

Natural and easy to apply

Quick Take: long wearing, oil-free
I've decided to take a break from liquid and cream foundations, and since I like the Becca foundation colors, I gave this a try in Sand. I've been very happy with it: it's easy to blend (I use the Sephora mineral foundation brush), is buildable to a point (this isn't going to give full coverage) and looks very natural. I wouldn't try to use this to cover pimples or dark eye circles, but it's been perfect to even out my skin and cover up some pesky pores on my nose. I'd been concerned that it would highlight dry areas or oxidize as other pressed foundations have in the past, but I didn't need to worry. There's been no dryness issues and the color stays true all day. I'm light skinned with a yellow-olive tone (part Latina), dark hair and hazel eyes -- Sand is absolutely the perfect shade. With minerals, antioxidants and no parabens, this has been a big winner for me.

The best mineral foundation ever! I have color Sand which is perfect for me, looks very natural like skin, even get compliments from sephora stuff on my skin and random girls too. Never cakes, decent coverage! I use any brush to apply (kabuki, flat, regular, mini) and face always looks good. It didn't work out for my younger sis with serious redness and rosacea, but I suspect she applied just a bit, where I apply heavy to get coverage (rookie sis;) anyway LOVE this stuff, so much better that BE!! fyi I use Nars tinted moisturizer in Alaska and Sand in Becca.

This is the best powder foundation I have ever used! It goes on so natural and blends right into my skin that it doesn't even look like I am wearing make-up. Even better is that it stays on all day - I literally wear this alone over concealer and that's all I need. Originally I was wearing liquid foundation underneath, but tried it without and found that I didn't need to do that, and I usually do need a decent amount of coverage. Can't say enough good things about this makeup! A little small for the price, but good quality.

This is by far my favorite powder foundation, it actually evens out my skin tone and mattifies without drying. I'd say it's light-medium coverage, and I apply it with sephoras mineral powder brush which I also love. Ive repurchased 5-6 times now.
However, it's crazy expensive for the amount of product you get, at $121 per ounce. With something like foundation where you do use quite a bit of product every day, this adds up. Becca changed their packaging since the last time I purchased this, they made the container much bigger but didn't include any more product! Probably because people were complaining about how small the original one was. Customers aren't stupid Becca!
In my last order I also got Dolce and Gabbanas powder foundation, which has a higher price but costs less per ounce because they give you more product, it's $113 per ounce. I'm hoping I like it just as much because it would save me money in the long run.

Quick Take: pressed powder silky finish
My sister tried this first and I liked the finish so much I got it too. The finish is smooth, neither too light or too heavy. It doesn't settle into fine lines. The applicator sponge is not very good, kind of cheap. I love that the compact comes in this little zippered padded case. How many times have you dropped a powder compact and it shattered into a million pieces and it was then a totally useless mess. This little case should help prevent this. I found a good color for me. I have a medium skin tone with not much yellow or pink in it. To be honest I didn't look at the other color options. If you like pressed powder foundations check this out.

One of my recent crush! The touch is very velvet, no cakey even in the late afternoon. And the quality of the finish is not too matte so it doesn't look fake at all.
Only one problem is that I chose the lightest one of the yellow tone but it still looks a little bit dull when i put it on in the morning. (Normally the first shade in the yellow undertone category should be ivory, and very light).It's not as fresh as a fresh make-up should be. I don't know if you guys can understand it, but to me, a fresh morning complexion should be bright, kinda dewy, suggesting you are very ready for the day. But this is a little bit too yellow so it makes me look like I just had a allnighter and haven't recovered from that yet.

Lightest Shade WAY TOO DARK!

I bought this in the lightest shade as I am very fair, and when I put it on it immediately went dark orange and greasy. This is the darkest foundation for "porcelain" skin that I have ever seen...I look VERY tan. here is NO way I could get away with this. In the compact, the color looks like a fair pinky beige, but it doesn't seem to go on like that. I applied it over my Clinique Super City Block 40 after waiting 10 minutes for it to dry and this was the result. Boo. I will say that the coverage was excellent, it covered over all of my large pores, and most of my fine lines. I'd say better coverage than BE and LM (but it IS a very dark shade for me), better at concealing pores than those two, dewy finish after powdering on top but not as fake shiny like those two...but it was thick. Unlike LM, it is a little heavy...maybe not as heavy as BE. To me, that looks gross. Oh, and it was creamier and easier to work with than the other two that I mentioned here.

I have oily & ultra sensitive skin with a hint of eczema and this product is exceptional. I have been using this for almost a month now and have had no bad reactions. I use the circular sponge that comes with the product and it gives me flawless coverage. I look dewy and put together. My co-worker even asked me if I even bother with make-up!

love this makeup. I use it over concealer for just enough coverage. I am extremely fair and have a hard time finding things that don't make my face appear orangey. great texture, stays put, lasts all day. Pricey but worth it. I will buy again.

This powder did not cause any skin reactions for me, which is great because I have acne prone skin. However, this powder gave pretty minimal coverage, did not control my oils well at all and looked very cakey and obvious on my skin. I would not recommend this powder for people who have finicky oily skin with blemishes.
