Bit Scratchy but okay

Quick Take: good value, scratchy
For the fact that it's six items for $43 Cdn, it's a good price. I like the long, slender handles and the case that it comes in - quite convenient. I have so many other mascaras though, so I replaced that mascara slot for my mini eyeliners. Quite convenient!
I didn't like the fact that most of the brushes were scratchy though. The precision and smudge brush weren't as soft as the main and large eyeshadow brush, so that was disappointing. I also found that the eyeliner brush was a bit too long to use for gel liners, but I've yet to use it as a wet liner so we'll see how that goes.
Would've preferred the brushes to be synthetic rather than natural because I find synthetic brushes to be consistently softer and more accurate, but the fact that most of the brushes do their jobs well, I'm fine with it.

This might be a little redundant, because I have a couple set of brushes but I only use these brushes when I want to do smoky eyes. They work great!! Worth the investment.

These brushes are very nice. Haven't had any shedding of the bristles. The wide eyeshadow brush is my favorite, covers the whole eyelid nicely. The mascara that comes along with this kit was a nice surprise. It has a nice brush and stays well all day even though it isn't waterproof.

Quick Take: good
Nice brushes, soft with good professional quality. They weren't exceptional, but they get the job done. The angled liner brush is really great - just get it wet and instantly, you can use any shadow as a liner. I use them everyday to do my eye makeup :)
Note: I haven't opened the mascara yet, but it looks promising.

Quick Take: good value, travel size
This set is perfect. Everything I was looking for!
Bushes: Great quality. Just the right amount of softness and strength and durability. I can tell these will be lasting me a while.
Mascara: Love. I received a sample of this mascara some time ago and realized that it was my new favorite. I have small eyelashes, so the brush size is perfect. It lengthens and volumizes and lasts all day.
Case: Very cute! and functional! It has a metallic sheen. The sparkle/glitter will not come off, which is always a concern for me. It is part of the material, not loosely applied to it. It stays shut with an invisible magnet. The brushes are not securely in place when it is open, so be careful not to fling it around. (not sure why you would, but hey! just in case)
Overall you simply cannot beat the value on this set. 6 items and a case for $36! Thanks Sephora!

I can not say enough good things about this brush set. I needed a good set for applying shadow for the smokey look. This set includes EVERYTHING you need PLUS a really cute and functional bag AND Sephoras Full Effects mascara that adds great volume.
PROS:
GREAT VALUE!!!! $39 bucks for 5 brushes is insane PLUS the great mascara and bag. You can't go wrong!

CONS:
A slanted eye shadow brush is missing. I like using a slanted to get in the creases, but the Percision smudge brush can be used in replace of that.

I was drawn to this set because of its variety and sleek carrying case but was a little skeptical about a couple of the brushes. But once I used them i fell in love! they're so soft and wonderful! only thing is the mascara uncurls my lashes when I apply it but aside from that it's great!

Quick Take: alright, not to soft
i bought these because i really needed some eye brushes but it would have been so expensive buying all of them by themselves. The smudge brush and the shadow brush are somewhat scratchy but they do their job. I also own a sephora professional shadow brush ( #14) and it is much nicer but i guess you get what you pay for. Much cheaper than buying them individually so i guess it was a pretty good deal.

Needing to update my eye makeup brushes, I was looking to a kit that wouldn't break the bank. This kit has everything you could possibly need! Brushes are amazing and the longer handles make them very easy to use. The base shadow brush is my fav! Haven't tried the mascara yet, hope it's good but even if it's mediocre, this kit was a home run.

First I must say these brushes are a great quality for this price. Applies effortlessly, very soft bristles aside from angle brush which is quite stiff, long lightweight handles. Creates a beautiful smokey eye, with or without the direction of smokey eye instructions found inside. Mascara wand is VERY long if that is a concern for you. Clutch case is a bit disappointing as it is very cute and has great potential but just does not work for me. Would buy again given the chance.

These brushes are pleasantly a bit larger than I thought they would be. They are very high (professional) quality. They do not have much shedding and they pick up product well. For the price, you cannot beat it. I am going to give the mascara to a friend, as I have SO many from Christmas.
