What it is: A moisturizing foundation and light diffuser with SPF 25. What it does: Guerlain’s first moisturizing foundation and diffuser provides medium coverage and SPF 25 with a satin sheer finish. Enriched with Luminescent Water, a marine spring water that continuously hydrates the skin and infuses it with light, this foundation works over time with multireflective Prisma Light Pigments that diffuse light at 360 to leave skin radiant. What else you need to know: For normal, dry, combination, or sensitive skin.

I am extremely picky with foundation, and this one is out of this world amazing. It is moisturizing and gives the most beautiful natural looking finish! IT LOOKS LIKE SKIN! I am addicted and dont know how i lived life before this foundation came along!

Guerlain Parure De Lumiere SPF 25 foundation

I bought this foundation in lieu of foundation in the same "line," but without the SPF before. I like this one LESS. primarily because it goes on extremely translucent, almost transparent. The coverage is significantly less, and the other foundations by Guerlain go on powder-like whereas this one, probably due to the SPF, goes on shinier and stickier, even after it dries. I will go back to other foundations in this line instead of this one.

Great Moisturising Foundation

Quick Take: buildable coverage, long wearing, moisturising
My skin has been really dry lately and I just couldn't find a foundation that would sit nicely on my skin without accentuating my dry patches or looking somewhat crackled. I bought this (my first Guerlain skincare product) and couldn't be happier. My skin has actually improved since I started wearing it, it is long lasting and looks sheer and natural. I don't know whether it would work for normal/oily skin types, but I would definitely recommend it for people with slightly dryer or even mature skin. In addition to this, it is one of the few foundations that matched my skin tone perfectly (I bought shade 2, Beige Clair) and it didn't oxidise on me.

Wonderful but not ground breaking

I loved this foundation. It was so moisturizing and really true to the description, however it act just like my YSL le teint touche eclat foundation so I can't say this is a MUST HAVE if you already own the YSL. Still really beautiful.

Smells like roses

Quick Take: buildable coverage
Nice foundation, covers beautifully and you don't need a lot of it. Smells like roses though. It's not bad but if you don't like perfumes this wont be for you. Works great during the cold here in NYC, my skin is usually super dry now but this works great. I'm an NC35/37 and 03 beige naturel is the perfect match.

Beautiful skin

Quick Take: buildable coverage, long wearing
I used the Parure Extreme prior to this and though I really liked it, I love this foundation. My skin is far from flawless, but this foundation makes it look like I have nice, radiant skin. I have oily/combination skin that is very sensitive, and was a little hesitant to try this, because it seems geared towards dry skin; however It glides on beautifully and stays on all day, and does not cause breakouts. I would love to wear this year long, but will have to see its staying power in the summer.

Great foundation for dry skin, but might not be as great for fair skin. I have tried both the 01 and 31 (the lightest two colors). The 01 is a little bit yellow for me and the 31 has a grey undertone. Anyway, I am going to keep the 01.

I've finally found my favourite foundation after trying all the best lines at Sephora.
Completely compatible with my dry skin, smoothes down the skin and makes you glow. Just absolutely flawless
It doesn't provide the fullest coverage, but when I am going for that look I'll apply MUFE HD foundation powder on top for a flawless full coverage look

The lightest color is still way too dark PLUS it oxidizes!

Quick Take: silky, great spf
This Guerlain foundation feels absolutely beautiful. It's silky and light, and doesn't cake. The SPF 25 is a great benefit. Unfortunately it oxidized on me. I had hoped it was a one time deal, but I tried the foundation for multiple days, and it happened every time. It's a real shame, because it's such a comfortable foundation. I would definitely recommend trying it; since everyone's skin chemistry is different, it may not oxidize on you.

Beautiful foundation - and it really moisturizes!!

Although I love my beloved diorskin nude, as well as my parure extreme for the sweaty summer, I needed a little extra help as the weather got cold. My dry patches were like out of control. It was down to this and Bobbi's moisturizing luminous foundation and I decided to take a chance on this bc I hate Bobbi's 'yellow' theory. This in Rose Clair matches my skin perfectly (22 cameo in diorskin, nw 20-ish). I swatched it next to the 22 cameo and they were almost identical. Cool toned, I'm quite pink and don't believe in yellowing myself up to camouflage it.
Anyway, for the first few days I was wearing WAAAAY too much of this and thought it was a wash bc it looked cakey (in diorskin it's pretty goof proof and never looks cakey). I guess I was over excited about my new foundation. But I learned the key was to use ONE PUMP for the whole face. I've been dotting on small areas w a traditional foundation brush or even a concealer brush then blending out w my beauty blender. I have a special palette/mirror thing I use to pump out the foundation on - highly recommend.
The end result is medium coverage, gorgeous, truly luminous skin that doesn't only not exacerbate my dry patches, it seems to be HELPING them!!! I can't believe it's REALLY moisturizing! It's the coverage of a beautiful smells fab high-end foundation w the moisturizing properties of a TM. My forehead gets a slight sheen midday and I blot.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND for dry dull wintertime skin that needs a boost. Gorgeous. Smells so good.
