Almost perfect/Would buy again/Great for travel

Quick Take: good value, travel size
I needed a makeup palette because I was working more hours and needed something I could take with me that made getting ready for work easier. Before I review each product, I'll say that the only thing I would add to this is a rosy blush, otherwise it has everything to suit my needs. I tend to wear neutrals, and I'm just a few notches above minimal makeup, so this is perfect for a natural-looking, summertime look. I start with Missha bb cream, then move onto the kit.
Bikini-tini Creaseless Cream Shadow: a surprisingly long lasting shadow. Champagne-ish color. Feels wet going on, spreads evenly, dries very quickly. At 14 hours wear, I had minimal creasing. That's without a lid primer, that I normally wear. My fave cream so far.
Thanks a Latte Powder Shadow: medium tone brown. Iridescent sheen. I think the undertone is slightly off for my fair skin but I like this, nonetheless. Lasts long also.
Hoola Bronzing Powder: very good matte powder. I'm using NARS Laguna bronzer now and Hoola is a good sub. The little brush isn't bad, as it blends fairly well despite its small size. Just don't overload the brush then apply. Light build able layers is key with the brush.
Watt's Up highlighter: really love this. Typical champagne gleam; blends well; lasts throughout day. One of my faves.
They're Real Mascara: reminds me of Clinique's Glossy mascara but more buildable and volumizing. Honestly, it's not my favorite (keep returning to Maybelline's Colossal) but for my needs, it gets the job done. Not bad at all, I just tend to like a heavier mascara.
Hoola Lipgloss: love this! Great slip on my lips. Golden nude color that's sheer. Considering purchasing a full size. Doesn't last real long but doesn't instantly disappear either. Would like a tad more pigment and the slant tip tube application isn't my fave but the feel and color are great and perfect for a hot, sticky summer.
Only gripe is no blush. One extra thing I have to carry. I load the blush brush before I leave home, stick it in a baggie, then I don't have to carry the actual blush and risk a meltdown or break it. Definitely will buy again.

Quick Take: good value, travel size
I love this set! I wanted to try a new bronzer and this set was perfect! I love the watts up as well, definitely brightens up your look! The only thing that I am not too crazy about is the lip gloss, which doesn't really have much of a color to it, but it does make your lips shiny and goes on smooth. I will definitely be purchasing the bronzer and watts up when I run out!

I love this kit. I'm not sure what I was doing without it! I have fair skin and the bronzer isn't too dark. The Watt's Up is definitely my favorite part of the kit. I love using it under my brows and on my cheekbones.
It's worth buying!

I love it ! Although when I got it I was a bit shocked that it was so small, but it really is enough.
Hoola - a good bronzer for darker skin and it is really pigmented so you really don't need much, and it will last me a long time.
Watts up highlighter - nice, but I expected something better, I could get the same effect if I applied a champagne eye shadow, so I wouldn't buy it full size.
Eye shadows - both are good and pigmented and make a really good duo on the eyes.
Lip gloss - no color , I don't see the point of it , but it smells nice.
They're real - AMAZING ! I would purchase this the full size, I use it when I go out because it really gives a false lash effect.

I like the set; I purchase it to take with me on vacation and I like all the products. I don't use bronzer a lot, but it nice to have for a little color - I am very pale. The only thing I don't like is that you can't take products out of the box and it is a little bulky; so I am not sure if I will take or just take the items removable from the box. Other then that it is a nice sombination of products to try and use for traveling.

These are all great products:
Watt's Up-great shimmery champagne highlighter. It's in stick form. Very strong, does not break. Beautiful highlighter for cheekbones, cupid's bow, and browbone.
Hoola-light cool-toned bronzer. Matte, not orangey at all. GREAT color for contouring or for all-over bronzer.
Cream shadow- Five stars! Color is beautiful, sort of a champagne pink color with a sheen. I have a few of these in full-size and it feels like this one is of a thinner consistancy than the full-size. The performance is the same. No creasing, long-lasting, beautiful product.
Long-Lasting eyeshadow- Beautiful brown pinkish color. Almost a duo-chrome but not quite. Lasts all day, into the night over TF Shadow Insurance. Blends out easily without dissolving. Layers perfectly.
Hoola lipgloss-Okay gloss, not sticky at all. Sticky glosses tend to last much longer on me. This was gone within 30 minutes of application. Not very pigmented. Very light pinky brown, neutral color. Probably would not buy full size.
They're Real Mascara- I personally did not like this at all. It was much too wet and clumped my lashes awfully. It was hard to remove at night with other cleansers, but Pond's Cold Cream Cleanser removed it easily. I would definitely not buy the full size of this. I waited a couple weeks after opening to let it thicken up and I still had the same problems of stiffness, clumpiness, and having to remove not long after application.
Included brush-It's nice that they included this for people that don't own brushes. It does shed a lot and isn't the best quality.
Packaging- This is what I have a major problem with. The Hoola and the Long-Lasting Eyeshadow are built into the cardboard. So, I have to save the cardboard insert until I am finishes with these products. I could depot them, but that is too much hassle. I would much prefer if these were packaged individually while still being in the larger box. When you are done with the cardboard insert, it says on the box that you can save it for keepsakes. I would much rather remove the cardboard insert now and keep the products in the keepsake box.
Overall, I do recommend this as it is a great value and an inexpensive way to pick and choose which of these products you want in full-size.

This kit has everything. It is great for everyday use, and all the products are perfect. I especially like the Watt's Up! and the Hoola bronzing powder. I will be buying the larger versions of all of these when I run out in the kit!

I would recommend this product to anyone. I use all of the products on a regular basis, even the lip gloss which I initially didn't think I would get much use out of. The packaging is really cute which makes it great to give as a gift as well!

Every part of this kit is absolutely amazing and such a good purchase. The mascara is the best ive ever tried! Also the bronzer is perfect for contour and all around color - even with my fair complexion! Definately getting larger sizes of all products when i finish this up!

Great for fair skin

I was really surprised to find that this product got negative reviews because I really love it and have been using most of the products in it every day for the past couple of weeks! I went into my local Sephora looking for a new bronzer because it's getting close to summer time. I'm really fair and bronzer really scares me because every time I try bronzer it is always too dark for me or way to shimmery. Hoola is by far the best bronzer I've tried for fair skin, even better than the NARS laguna bronzer (that is a little shimmery for my liking). I have noticed that I do have to apply this with a pretty light hand because my face holds color really well, but I have to do that with blush and powder too so I don't think it's the product itself. Fair/light skinned people just have to be careful with bronzer of any kind because it does show a little more on us. When I use up this size, I will definetly buy it in the full size.
I've never really used highlighter and I never really thought I would like it. I prefer a more natural look but when I was at the store, the associate wanted me to try it out in the store before I committed to buying the whole kit. I'm really glad she showed me how to use it and I have to say I love it. It looks natural and adds just the right amount of glow. I will definetly repurchase the full size of Watt's Up when I run out.
As far as the mascara goes, I had already tried it and really like it. It's a little clumpier than the Bad Gal Lash but I still really like it.
I also really like both the eye shadows. The cream eye shadow is a great base. It adds a little shimmer, but looks very natural on my skin and the powder shadow compliments the whole look very well. Great for day. However, if I'm going out and dont have time to redo my make up, I've been adding a little chocolate brown eyeliner and blending Urban Decay snakebite into the outer corner for a little more color.
The lipgloss is very average to me. I do like that it's not sticky at all, but the color isn't super flattering on it's own for my skin type. I have layered it over a light pink lipstick, but on it's own I don't think it's anything special.
The only thing I don't like in the whole set is the brush. It's terrible. I perfer to apply bronzer with a kabuki brush. However, I think that it says a lot that the only thing I didn't like in the set was the brush!
I really love Benefit cosmetics, it's been one of my favorites, if not my favorite, line since I got into higher end stuff. It's very young, so I don't reccomend it for people who are out of thier 20s, but for me at 23 it's great. This was the first boxed set from Benefit that I've ever bought and I will definetly be purchasing more. At $32 it's a steal!

Before I bought this I wanted to calculate the actual value to decide if I should spend my money on it. I based my calculations of of only wanting 4 things in the kit (I already have highlighters and mascaras I love that I need to use up. Those are going in the "uh oh, in a pinch drawer"). Then after calculating all the actual values and comparing size and price to the full sizes, I decided this was a GREAT DEAL. I love this, and I'm fairly certain that I will only buy benefit cosmetics in kits like this because you get to try so many things, get an ADORABLE kit box, and it's an exquisite value. CAN'T BEAT IT!

I really liked this bronzing kit! The mascara was a very nice travel size, along with the lip gloss and Watts Up highlight. Personally, I don't like the bronzer too much, but that's just my personal prefrence and I don't think it would take away from the quality of the kit. I like to use the cream eye shadow as a base because it isn't super pigmented, but it can also work as a really good highlight. I probably won't re-purchase the kit, but I will be getting full sized versions of the products given. Overall I got exactly what I expected from the kit and would recommend it for anyone looking for good travel sized products to test out.

Some new favorites

Quick Take: good value, nice sampler, good for travel
Having heard so much about the Hoola bronzer I thought I'd try it along with some other products for the same price as the full sized Hoola. Loved the mascara, alone is good but layered over another mascara is amazing. Watts Up is a nice highlighter that glides on but for the price of the full sized version ($30) I would much rather prefer Becca's Luminous Skin Perfector ($41) which is a magical glow in a bottle. The eyeshadow and cream shadow was eh, nothing spectacular. The lip gloss is so very sheer and thin that the full priced version at $16 is a super rip off. Now for the Hoola, my new Holy Grail and is well worth the price for the full sized version. So perfect for my skin, it is a soft matte that blends superbly and does not look dirty, perfect for contouring.
Overall this kit is a great value and I am happy with the purchase. I now know what I like, love and hate. The Hoola and mascara get an A+ and are the only products I will repurchase.
