Quick Take: fun great for natural hair not died
great color covers well, nozzle works, but after 5 to ten minutes color goes from vibrant to very pale to non-existant by an hour, I would say. I tried it twice, once is my hair curled stayed a little longer , then once in my hair straight like ombre ends and this time it made my hair fall out...wanted to love all three colors but ended up returning them

I have black hair and was worried the color would not show but it does! I bought the purple color and it looks amazing. I bought this in store and took it home only to realize someone had already used it. Make sure your can is totally wrapped before buying.

Quick Take: fabulous & fun
I purchased this after reading the reviews. I have my hair professionally done with a patch of bright pink but it fades after a few weeks. The pink pop color does a great job to brighten it up. The color is saturated and washes out in one shampooing. I sprayed it closer to my hair than the instructions recommended b/c I didn't want to get the pink all over the bathroom. It worked out well. Best to spray AFTER your hair is styled. I am going to try the other two colors soon.

Fun for what it is

I really like this product....It gives a soft touch of color that is really fun. My hair is black, and it shows up...however, the blue comes out more like a teal on me. Follow the directions...have dry styled hair first, spray with quick, light strokes, put hairspray and go. Obviously if you want to color your whole head root to tip this is not the product....it works best when you use just a bit as an accent. It's fun for me because I can't really color my hair with the job that I have.

This is a small can and if you have medium length hair, it won't last long. I had to spray quite a bit to even it see it on my brown hair. So I did that and styled. HUGE mistake. My iron completely took all the product right out of my hair. Not even a strand of purple to be seen. Too expensive with no bang.

I bought the pink and it works perfectly..my only thing is because it sprays .. you have to cover your hair with something if you don't want the color there otherwise it is fun to use and it washes out so you can use it whenever you feel like having color in your hair!

I used this on my daughter just recently. The color doesn't even stay on for a day. If anyone touches it, it's GONE.
Plus, the bottle is so little - I used about half of it just to put two measly streaks in her hair, which were gone by mid-day. I guess, for $18, I just expected it to stay on a little more than a few hours.
I'll be returning it if I can find the receipt.

The color on dark hair isn't as much of a "pop" but I, having like, mahogany colored hair found it delightfully subtle! I flipped my hair over and sprayed the tips then flipped and back and sprayed the tips again. Now, for me this isn't such a going out thing, so I can see why anyone would be disappointed in that aspect. But I have a career where I can try out fun fashion trends.
You might have to touch it up a little after your first two sprays. & make sure you do it before dressing! :) I sealed it with hairspray & was good for the day! :)

I loved the quality of this product, in that it lasted throughout the whole night and wasn't sticky, however the color doesn't show up well on darker hair, such as my brown hair. No one noticed the steaks I put in until I pointed them out. Also, I was disappointed because the can only lasted for 3 uses.

I've tried the mascara hair color application,and the rub on hair color. And this product beats them both. I have black hair and I love the contrast of the purple color, plus its extremely easy to use. After a while it does tend to fade away but thats why its temporary. Absolutely love it.

Quick Take: fun, not water resistant, very very temporary
Fun, looks good even on BLACK hair! but, unfortunately because of the fact that it started to snow outside, it diidnt last long at all. If you are planning on using this, make sure you are indoors and DRY.

Quick Take: useless, waste of money
Love the Rita Hazan Root Concealer for a temp fix between appointments, but the Color Spray was truly awful. I used the blue on my daughter's medium brown hair, there was barely a hint of blue in spite of spraying more than half the can on her ends and what little there was disappeared quickly when I tried to run a brush through the sticky mess. Perhaps this works for blonde hair, don't bother if you are brunette.

First of all, for $18....you got such a small bottle. Hair is very stiff, and very dull looking. I could not get the saturation I wanted, and ended up using the whole bottle in one shot. The spray once it was dry, started to flake off, it was a disaster. I ran to the shower to wash it all off. My whole apartment had purple floors.

Quick Take: drying, easily fades
I got this after I saw a girl who worked at my local Sephora wearing it. She had on the purple, which looked gorgeous in her hair, but I bought the hot pink - since I used to actually have hot pink hair a decade ago. I was really excited to use it, and went through the trouble of styling and curling my hair so the color would go on the tips... but then as I applied it on my hair went stiff, limp, and crunchy. Maybe it's because I have fine hair, but it just wasn't how I thought it would be. It also came off easier than I thought it would be, and I waited for the 5 minutes the can says before touching it. I ended up putting my hair up because of the way the ends looked, and when I woke up the following morning it was as if I never had color in the first place - and I have blonde hair. Oh well!
