Pretty but hard to apply

Quick Take: glitter
I love the sparkle and shine but am having trouble applying. I even bought glitter glue but it takes a lot of skill not to get this all over your face when trying to apply just to your eyelids.

No matter the glitter always use a base

I have slate and mirror ball. They look beautiful every time I have them on. This product needs a base, but most glitter I have used do. Currently I use too faced glitter glue but lit cosmetics base works just as well. I am definettly getting far next.

I got the mirrorball to put on my eyes. I'm obsessed with glitter. I have found WAY MORE fine glitters and shimmers than this claims to be. Comes off VERY EASILY - even when I use my tricks, and I am not willing to pay $27 to get the primer to make this stick, as that shouldn't be necessary. Definitely not worth $14, and it is apparent that other people think so as well, because I'm the only review. It also DEFINITELY isn't as rainbow-like as it appears in picture....
I would feel different if this were around $8.
