Wonderful little set
-05.25.13
Quick Take: good value, travel size
This is a great set to try some of these fundamental Guerlain products. I am a regular user of Meteorites and the primer so I'm going to use these smaller versions for travel. I love these products. This set was worth it to me.

Great way to sample these Guerlain products
-05.05.13
Quick Take: good value, travel size, great wy to try these products
I use two of these products daily and wanted the smaller versions for travel. These are small versions but they go a long way and will last a good while so don't be too concerned about the small size. The meteorites last a very long time. I receive compliments on the natural glow of my face since using Guerlain meteorites and the primer. The meteorites brush does not come with this set but is a good investment if you love these products.

I received it made by 2001 and 2002 year!!!!
-04.20.13
Quick Take: so bad, made by 2001 and 2002 and still sale on 2013
I bought this product on April 12,2013 and received it on April 17th,2013. After I opened it I found it made by 2001 and 2002 year. Also the power was damaged inside. Why they still sale 10 years ago's product on 2013? I feel so confused and anger!!!!!

Meh
-04.18.13
I recently fell in love with Guerlain's lipstick and had always thought the pearls looked so indulgent so thought this was my perfect change to try other Guerlain products. Unfortunately, I was completely underwhelmed with these products and don't understand the hype. I am so glad I did not purchase the full sizes...ended up giving everything to my mom.

Precious Lights Radiance Essentials Kit
-03.14.13
Quick Take: overall a good deal and good quality
I purchased this, because I needed both concealer and finishing powder. I was going to purchase th YSL concealer as normal, and the Guerlain Météorites, but had never tried the Météorites, and didn't know the color, or if it would work for me. First, I think YSL concealer pen is far more superior, so I will not be purchasing it again. Second, Météorites work well, but I will purchase them in a darker color. I saw a lot of people complaining that it was such a small amount. I have been using it for a month, and based on my current usage, it will last me for another 3-4 months. I did also like the primer, but I will be purchasing it in the gold. Overall a good deal and good quality. Probably best for someone with a very light peach complexion.

Another good value from Sephora!
-03.12.13
Quick Take: again a good value if you like these products.
I have only used 2 of the 3 products. The full size illuminating pen is good for what it is suppose to do depending on your needs. The small metorites is wonderful because you do not need much of this product .So why buy the full size for a lot of money? You just need a good small brush. I haven't tried the radiance pigment because it looks too oilly for my skin type. i will pass it on to a friend to use.

Meteorites just doesn't live up to the hype for me
-03.01.13
Quick Take: travel size
These colors are perfect for my skin (very fair), and if it were not quite so expensive on its own, I would definitely purchase the concealer, or "Light Rejuvenating Illuminator," again.
However, having said that, the 2 other products in this set did nothing for me. The meteorites powder has a chalky texture, and the little "pearls" of powder come off in big chunks on my makeup brush. The primer also did nothing to brighten my skin. I will stick with my tried-and-true Clinique BB cream instead.
LIke I said, big thumbs up on the concealer pen, but my experience with the powder and primer just doesn't live up to the amazing things I've heard and read about these products.

Would recommend for fair skin
-01.30.13
Quick Take: travel size
I am a major Guerlain fan, but this kit was not really suitable for my medium toned skin. The full sized illuminator was a bit too light for me and did not blend well when I attempted to use it over my foundation which is Parure Extreme Luminous Extreme Wear Foundation (when I mixed it directly in, it was OK but I have other products that I use that I get better results). The tiny sample of primer is good but I already use Guerlain L'OR Radiance Concentrate with Pure Gold which I prefer. The Météorites Perles are a good sample if you have never tried them as the color provided works with most skin tones but especially well with fair skin. I use them to set my makeup instead of powder. You get a nice soft 'glow' without looking too done/shiny and it doesn't set into my fine lines and wrinkles.
Overall, as mentioned previously I would recommend this kit to someone with fair skin who is looking to try out Guerlain but I personally would not purchase it again.

crushed meteorites
-01.24.13
I just rec'd my products & the meteorites were not meteorites. They were crushed/powdered former meteorites with their dust all over everything in the 3 product box. Dust made everything a mess to touch & clean up. I didn't pay this much $ to clean up a mess.

Fantastic Intro Kit- Esp for older customers
-01.15.13
Quick Take: good value, travel size, an excellent introduction, for cooler complexions, for medium to fair complexions
This is an excellent intro kit for those fair stkinned individuals who want a good introduction to Guerlain products. I use the primer alone for a fantastic quick skin prep- no need for anything else if I don't want. I also use the highlighter pen with great success in the lines around the mouth, the eyes, and the inner corner under the inner eye. Blended well, this is a wonderful highlighter that does not settle into the lines.
It is also great for highlighting areas if you prefer not to wear a full face of makeup. The meteorites are fantastic for more fair and cooler complexions or as a highlighter for a medium and darker complexion- although cool toned seems to be best. The effect is very subtle.
For the price it is like buying the highlighter pen and getting the other two products for a very small fee. I do find that using the pen is tricky, but if I am careful it works out very well.
I have great luck with this set on older clients who have good moisturizer programs and who are medium to fair in coloring. Darker than that, does not do as well with this. I highly recommend this for older skin that is well moisturized. It is like magic.

I have been using guerlain for some time now, and this concealer is great. The applicator makes it easy to use. The perles powder is great alone or with foundation for brighter skin

Great Introduction to Guerlain
-12.23.12
I am very satisfied with this kit, but I have to say that I believe it is a tad bit expensive for the amount of product you get, excluding the brightening pen. The pen retails for $45, so for $12 more you get a tiny Meteorites primer and a mini set of Meteorites Perles. This is great if you are looking to purchase the pen separately or if you would like to try Guerlain products for the first time, but if you are interested specifically in the primer or the perles you should probably skip this kit and purchase them separately. Although the green perles in my kit arrived shattered, and the tiny container holding them is cardboard (unlike the metal tins that come with the full size), the tiny box looks adorable next to my full-sized Meteorites. As another reviewer mentioned, there is only one layer of perles in the box, so if you aren't into the novelty factor of having a tiny set, this may seem like a rip off. The primer is also very small, but adorable as well. I'm not impressed with it at all, but if you are very sensitive to silicone primers this may be good for you to try. Bottom line: if you have a gift card, would buy the brightening pen separately, are fascinated by tiny things, or want to try Guerlain products for the first time, this is a great kit. If not, prepare to be disappointed.

Good way to sample many Guerlain products
-12.21.12
I think overall this is a good, but not great, set for sampling Guerlain products that are otherwise too pricey to try in full size. In this set you get a full size Illuminator pen in shade 01, a sample size Meteorites primer in a glass pump bottle, and a sample size Meteorites Perles in 01 Teint Rose.
The Meteorites primer bottle is tiny! It'll last me like 2 weeks. There are little pink pearls suspended in a clear water-based gel; when you pump it out, the pearls get crushed and combine with this gel. The result is a runny, shimmery, easy to spread primer that sinks into the skin and dries almost instantly. When worn by itself, it looks straight up sparkly on my skin! I love it under a mattifying foundation because it keeps the foundation from looking flat. It helps my foundation apply more evenly and look fresh longer, but does not control oil or color correct in any way. It also contains alcohol, and smells a bit like it too.
The Illuminator comes in a twist-up clicky pen with a firm brush tip. The color is a very pale, neutral fleshtone with medium coverage and a matte finish. It's just okay as a concealer. It's also just okay as an all-over foundation if you're pale enough. I think its greatest strength is as an illuminator, where you apply it in addition to foundation, because it's great at banishing dark shadows and redness while looking totally natural. I apply this around my nose, undereye circles, and those crescent-shaped lines around my mouth. I also swipe it along the bridge of my nose and the tops of my cheekbones to sculpt those features.
The Meteorites Perles powder comes in a small tin that measures 2 inches across and seems to be cardboard wrapped in foil. There is exactly 1 layer of pearls in it. The pearls have a very, very strong violet smell. I use this as an all-over finishing powder, to blur pores and set my foundation. I love the way this makes me look: matte, polished, but somehow still radiant. If you look closely you can see sparkles on my skin, but from a normal distance I just look healthy. Unfortunately, the effect disappears after a few hours on my oily skin.
So. Would I buy any of these products at full size? No. Would I buy this set again? Probably not. But I'm glad I got to try these products because they're all good--just not great enough for me to repurchase at this price.

Tiny
-12.13.12
Quick Take: tiny, disintegrate
The bottle of the primer is tiny enough and it's half full.. There are about 5 powder beads. They broke into powders already when I opened it so it's a mess. These two are not worth spending 10 more bucks. I can't believe people sell this.

Poreless radiant finish
-12.10.12
I am a product junkie. I was hesitant on buying what seemed to be just another finishing powder that might make me chalky. The best finishing powder ever. Final answer. Pen is great too- doesnt look dry or settle into lines. Have yet to try primer... im sure it will be a quality item
