I love Hello Kittie and that's why I gave this set a try though some previous reviewers already pointed out how cheap the items are. The mirror and clipper are very light weight, which gives this cheap feeling. The nail polish is average.

Quick Take: adorable, great for gifts, good value
Such fantastic set & a great deal at the sale price. The nail polish (Purple Sprinkles and Pink Sprinkles) are in the adorable Hello Kitty head-shaped bottles and make great glittery top coats, and since you can't buy either color separately any longer, this set is the only way to get them. The set also comes with two sets of nail art stickers (I haven't tried these yet, so can't comment on their durability or ease of application), nail clippers, and a Hello Kitty mirror (that has a regular mirror on one side and a magnifying mirror on the other). The bag that the set comes in is even Hello Kitty themed, and great to use for travel. The only disappointment, and the reason I didn't give this set 5 stars, was because the mirrors aren't wrapped or protected in any way, so they end up getting scratched because they are loose in the pack with all the other items. I had to exchange the first set I got online for another at a Sephora store because the compact was quite damaged. Otherwise, I'm very pleased with the set and all it includes.

I bought this set for my sister because she loves Hello kitty and she fell in love... The nail polishes were ok but I would still buy them for the packaging the mirror was adorable and so were the nail art stickers. My only complain would be the nail clippers but they really are not that bad the clipper part works like a high quality one would the plastic hello kitty cover makes it feel cheap but the adorable look makes up for it.

I'm not sure I love this nail kit set. Actually the nail clipper itself is the problem. It's very light "cheap" plastic. I'm worried it will break if it falls, that's how flimsy it is. I'm used to nail clippers being a LOT sturdier.
The polish and the nail art is cute though and the compact is terribly fantastic!! :) The case is useful too for putting make-up in for me on the go!

I absolutely love this set. It has everything Hello Kit that I've wanted at Sephora! Perfect! And such a great deal.
Regarding the reviews below... yeah, there's a smell, but just like any plastic smell. It's not bad. :)

I bought this kit because it was a btr bargain than juz buying the compact mirror alone. ( which was what I wanted) I gave everything else to my daughter for her to play with. I think it was a decent deal. After all you're more so paying for the Hello Kitty brand- the quality of the items werent that important for this purchase they r novelty products.

Ya it's plastic but oh well! I don't care because I think the design is super cute and its worth 28$ dollars for sure because you get nail clippers, paints and cute stickers. Plus you get a makeup bag and compact! Great present for a niece or even yourself if you are a die hard hello kitty fan like me! I think it's a great deal!

CHEAP!!! THE ON THING THAT DOSE NOT SMELL LIKE DOLLAR STORE PLASTIC IS THE NAIL STICKERS NOT WORTH THE SALES PRICE !!! OH AND THE NAIL CLIPPERS ARE IN A PLASTIC CASE OVER CHEAP CLIPS...YUCK!!!
