Did not work for me

My skin is originally very fair and I had purchased this to diminish my freckles and acne scars. I was attracted to this product because of the samples I received, which worked marvellously. However, when I bought the full size, I saw no results, at least for the first couple weeks. By the beginning of the second month, I noticed that my skin tone had turned a bit yellowish. After I stopped using this for a month now, my skin has returned to its original colour. This product did not work for me.

Quick Take: good value, effective, joy to use!, gentle
I did not buy the set but have purchased these separately. The set is a good way to try the buffing cream. Both are wonderful products and have done much to give me back the radiance my skin lost. I have the worst skin; thin, sensitive, allergic, prone to clogged pores, reddens and scars easily.....this duo has changed the way my skin looks for the better. It has reduced all the above and I now have a "glow" again! If you want to reduce marks and scars you MUST wear a sunscreen!! You cannot see results if you keep letting the sun damage your skin. The serum is light and sinks in and works fine under makeup too. You only need a few drops so it is a good value as well. I mix the buffing cream with my cleanser and use it 3 xs a week. It keeps my skin looking fresh too. All in all....I love Caudalie products and these are two of the best.

Two products for the price of one.

The previous review stated the products were "small". In fact, this is the regular size serum with a bonus exfoliating cream. Two products for the price of one. I have mild rosacea and I find this serum helps to even out my skin tone, gradually corrects dark spots, and also gives me a healthy glow. Pairing an exfoliating cream with it only furthers those results. If you're buying the serum why not pick up the duo for the same price?

HORRIBLE!

Quick Take: small
I first was excited to try something new and thought this would make my skin appear and feel good, however been using over 2 months and skin still looks like it did when I first started using the product. Smell is not a big factor when using a product but as long as it does what it will say it's going to "DO."Wouldn't recommend on getting this. :/
