Am I missing something?

Quick Take: ineffective, lame
As per the title, am I missing something?? This product has a ton of great reviews, but I have not had any of the experiences stated. It is highly ineffective in removing eye make up (ironic given the description..) and usually needs about 2 tries with 5 pumps of product in total to get it off. And I am talking a bit of illuminator, water-resistant (not waterproof!) mascara, and some shadow. Nothing major.
I do not like the oily sheen it leaves afterwards; my skin does not feel clean from it. I have normal skin with minimal blemishes, but it has been breaking out more than usual lately and I dont feel this product is doing anything to combat the break outs.
Simply using this product up to get rid of it, cause I feel bad returning it since I bought it at Sephora's boxing day sale.

Great for sensitive skin!

Quick Take: milky, gentle, great for sensitive skin
I've been using this product every night now since the beginning of January. It's very gentle, and does a decent job at removing non-water proof make up.
I don't know if this product has just been excellent, or if my old cleanser was doing more harm than good, but my skins texture and appearance have improved a lot since i started using this. My mild case of rosacea has also improved.
It takes about 1.5 pumps of product to do my entire face. You only need to use a thin layer and massage it in before rinsing. It took a little while to get used to as you use this on dry skin and it feels more like a lotion than a cleanser.
I am planning on re-purchasing this.

This cleanser is gentle enough to use on my sensitive skin, but takes a lot of product to remove makeup. I use less then a quarter of the amount with the clear complexion cleanser.
