Spa treatment at home!

I purchased this a couple weeks ago and have been using two to three times a week at bedtime. It leaves my skin feeling like velvet! I have very sensitive skin and have struggled to find products that exfoliate without irritation. This one fits the bill! I look forward to my nightly treatments as they make me feel pampered. Plus is great for my skin- bonus!! My only criticism is that I would love to purchase extra cleansing cloths. The cloth is a smooth muslin on one side and very soft microfiber on the other. Luxurious!!

Quick Take: hydrating, moisturizing
Okay so when I bought this I was skeptical on using such a thick product. After some research on her site and on a competitor's online video featuring Josie Maran.. I discovered this item can't be used everyday and should be used once or twice a week max. After this, I have been doing so...my skin has been amazingly soft and really well moisturized! I actually washed my face first with my normal face wash and then deep cleaned using this. It was crazy how much stuff still came off my face!

I can't say how great this is; pricey, but you only use a little and it works fabulously. I have sensitive and acne type skin; this cleanser does the job really, really well. The cloth is great, I have had no problems with it atal. All I can say, thank you for a great product

I usually love the Josie Maran products, and I use a number of them regularly. So I was eager to try this treatment. However, I don't feel that it cleaned deeply. It also left my face feeling coated with a layer of product, even though I scrupulously followed directions and used the cloth as indicated. I also don't feel that it exfoliated as well as other types of products. I tried it repeatedly thinking that perhaps I just wasn't used to this type of product. But it did not work at all for me.
I much prefer the JM cleansing oil, which leaves my face feeling beautifully clean (but not dry). This just didn't leave my face feeling clean. Perhaps this treatment is best for those with EXTREMELY dry skin. It did not work for me, so I returned it.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this. At first you think your smearing vasilline on your face but once you start exfoliating with the cloth you can istantly feel it working. The when you rinse it off and touch your skin it feels so smooth and you can see the color and pores of skin instantly inprove~!~~ The first time you use it you'll be in love!

I forgot to mention about the cloth.
I think the cloth thing is kind of gross to be honest. If it picks up on your makeup then you can really tell that it's dirty, and sure I rinse it out as well as I can after every use, but it's kind of a drag.

I love josie maran, and i think argan oil is incredible. However, I use this product to moisturize my face after I've done a mask or just need a little moisture boost, not to exfoliate. I honestly can't tell how well this product actually does at getting off dead skin cells. I would suggest other products in order to properly clear out dead skin cells weekly (which is a very important process for skincare).
HOWEVER, I know for a fact that it cleans out makeup fantastically, and if I've worn a lot I'll use Josie Maran for that reason too. I think this product is very nourishing and it makes your skin incredibly smooth.

I love every Josie Maran product I've tried and the Argan Cleansing Treatment is no exception. It has a rich consistency that melts into an oil when applied to dry skin. I use it every night and it removes all my makeup. After using it my face looks incredibly glowing and fresh, and feels moisturized. The cloth that comes with it is of much higher quality than the cloths that come with other hot cloth cleansers - it's muslin on one side and microfiber on the other - so it kind of justifies the almost $50 price tag. My skin feels comfortable and clean after I use it.

This is a luxury to use at night. To be honest, not sure it makes the biggest difference to my skin but It feels nice and seems to add a bit of moisture back into my skin. My face does feel nice and clean afterwards. I use it about twice a week, I thought the cloth would be a waste but its actually an essential part of the system!

Quick Take: exfoliating
I was so excited when I purchased this product because I love Josie Maran so I figure I would give this a try. It didn't seem to do anything special for my skin, it also made my face breakout, and the first time I washed the cloth (with the directions it gave me), it pretty much ruined the texture of the cloth. However it did make my skin really soft, but I will be returning this.

I NEVER write reviews. This is my first one because this product is exceptional. Great exfoliation for all skin types. Especially sensitive. As a skin care specialist, I was never a big fan of many exfoliation treatments because any type of "scrub" can sometimes aggravate existing redness, rosacea, acne, etc. This is perfect and will not irritate the skin. I am a HUGE FAN of all JMC products and the creamy oil cleansing treatment is no exception. Keep these great products coming Josie!

I wish I had discovered this during the winter months because it is incredible. I have dry skin with redness in my cheeks. After using this at night for a few days in a row my skin feels transformed. I think I now have skin that is moisturized enough to be considered normal? And my redness isn't as prominent as it was a week ago. I really love this. The cloth is fine too, but the product has worked equally well with a regular washcloth (and washed out fine).

This cleanser is divine! The cleanser itself is more of a solid form of argan oil, but it melts into skin as your rub it on. It smells faintly of lavendar. I use this cleanser every night with the included cloth to exfoliate and remove my make-up. Over the last 3 weeks, I have found my skin is smoother, pores appear smaller, and I have less blackheads. Wrinkles do not appear as pronounced and this truly soothes my dehydrated skin. I used this once prior to make-up application and my skin appeared flawless, dewy, and had a healthful glow. A little goes a long way with this product! I noticed some other reviews had said the product made their skin greasy. I have found that using the microfiber side of the cloth and rubbing in gentle, circular motions removes excess product and leaves no residue on my skin. Also, I tried this with my clarisonic and didn't like it. I think the formula is bit thick for the clarisonic and it is more challenging to remove make-up. Also since the formula is thicker there is more residue left behind on the brush.

I used to have bad zits in the past and after years of using retinol products and drying out my skin to the point of looking like an old hag, I decided to try this all natural cleanser. I have been using this cleanser twice a week for the past month.
It has certainly decreased my under eye and perioral dryness, but it has given me two zits so far. I am not sure if this is part of the cleansing process and will eventually balance out.
I think this is good product so I will keep using it unless my face has a zit explosion. I have noticed a decrease in pore size on my nose and face looks much brighter. I have received many compliments and people have mentioned that I look younger:) So we shall see....I will update this post.
Its a splurge...but as you get older I feel your skin deserves some luxury, and the tub will probably last year, so its worth it :)

I love the Cleansing Oil, so I was sad that I didn't like this at all. The towel was useless and the Cleansing Treatment didn't seem to do anything but clog my pores and leave my face greasy. I have combo skin and the Cleansing works just fine for me. I returned this and won't be purchasing again.

Lots of packaging for where I live. To be honest, reminded me of very expensive petroleum jelly w/ light lemon scent.
Yes, my face felt moist until the next morning w/o any other products. Did I still have Argan Cleansing treatment on?
Does it ever wear off? No Clue. You can pick-up a wash cloth at a dollar store.
