Seriously, I used LM for years. Then switched back and forth to other brands. I got a sample of this. My BB cream or Foundation stayed all day. I went back and purchased it the next week. It gives the skin a glow without being shiney. I also like the fact that it contains "treatment" as well. I highly recommend this product!

Dior has done it again! The Capture Totale Multi-Perfection Makeup Base goes on a little white, but quickly absorbs into the skin for a smooth, glowing finish. I only need a little bit of concealer and a swipe of powder, and my makeup lasts all day! My skin has improved overall, as well. My hubby said my skin looks great! My nephew says I look at least 10 years younger! I'm very happy with this purchase.

I have tried other primers before but they either made my skin break out or felt really heavy. This primer is really light and slightly pearly, which makes my imperfections less visible. It also has some anti-aging properties, which is a nice added bonus. I definitely see the difference when I don't use this primer. The only downfall is the price but if you think about the anti-agging effect it could be justified.

Surprisingly great for oily skin!

Let me start by saying, not a fan of primers or makeup bases. This changes my mind though! It gave my skin perfect texture (I have large pores and a few acne scars) to apply makeup on. I felt as though right after I put it on I could just go out like that, without any makeup on top! But I did put Urban Decays BB Cream and then Urban Decay Naked foundation on top and it looked flawless. The light reflected perfectly and for someone who is as oily as I am (I'm talking like, put on makeup, have oil and shine 30 minutes later) it was completely matte and looked amazing. The part that impressed me the most was that I took a nap with it on and when I woke up, I still wasn't THAT shiny (a little shiny though) and all my makeup was still in place and on. I love this product. If it works for my oily skin I would definitely suggest it for anyone with normal//combo//oily skin. I'm not sure how it would work on someone with dry skin though. I also love that I'm getting the SPF benefits AND anti-aging benefits that Capture Totale gives. I'm considering this the only primer//makeup base that I actually like using!

leaves your skin glowing

I tried this looking for a bb cream. So loved the way it made my skin look came back a week later and purchased it! Makes my face glow, evens out tone, leaves me looking younger and fresh. Wear it with or without foundation either way it enhances the look. I've been wearing it without for my day look and makes such a diff. This is part of my must have makeup kit. pair it up with the dior foundation and it just kicks it up a notch, flawless face.

Perfect sexy and refined skin.... I am a 33 year old Latin guy that wants to have picture perfect skin, and Dior Capture Totale Primer does it.... As for the review from the other person I do not agree it might be a little pricey but "hello it's Dior"

I was introduced with this primer along with the Dior Nude Liquid Foundation. At first, I was pretty hesitant in buying it and was thinking about returning it believing that this primer is probably the same with other primers just that it's more expensive.
I was wrong! The salesgirl tried this and the Nude foundation on me, my face looks really glowy, smoothes out my uneven skintone and redness.
I purchased a Laura Mercier oil free primer beforehand and it didn't really do much to my skin...and this makeup base made my skin look a lot better.

I think this product would be great for some. Unfortunately it made me break out worse than I ever have before. I would avoid this product if you have sensitive skin.
