Quick Take: excellent, purifying, toning
Each pod has about 3 uses, especially when using the application brush. The brush is really the key to avoiding excessive application, since a smooth layer is all you need to really get results.
As mentioned it warms a little, which really helps in melting clogs in the pores. I am fairly sensitive, and it didn't irritate or cause breakouts.

Quick Take: soft, great for combination skin
I have combination skin...particularly prone to blackheads and I have a lot of allergies so it is hard for me to find a good mask. My results have been decent, ie I am NOT blackhead free BUT this is really amazing for overall skin tone and getting rid of quite a few blackheads as well. It does not seem to irritate my dry/normal parts or aggravate the oily parts. And I really do love the texture and brush applicator. On a whim one time, I used the alpha/beta treatment from dr dennis as a compliment after the mask and hoping that it would not irritate my skin since it felt so smooth. This seemed to really give the blackheads a run for their money :) !!!
I will buy this again as a mask and compliment with the alpha/beta peel from dr dennis gross and do this 1xweek.
Oh and like another reviewer, I found that I could use half of the mask and extend the usage out to 2 weeks.

Quick Take: useless, doesn't purify, creates more impurities, makes skin more oily
I have combination skin so it's always a gamble for me to find a good mask that has lasting results use after use. Combined with my allergies, it's even a bigger gamble to try facial products. I loved the idea of this - brush, pods, easy to carry, and the reviews were good. But...the product didn't deliver. It's true, each pod can last like, 3 or 4 masks - and the brush is soft. When you apply the mask, it dries up and it seems that it's taking out impurities...but it didn't do anything. After I used it, I ended up breaking out even more. This mask didn't remove any impurities, and it made more blackheads appear. Good packaging, horrible results

This stuff works wonders! I had previously bought this a month ago, but decided not use it until I was done with my Origins mud mask. I should have started using it ASAP! I've used Retin-A for the past few months, and using it along with this purifying mask my skin as literally become FLAWLESS! Thank you Wei!!!

I bought this because my friend recommended it to me and this product is amazing!! It really pull out all the black head on my face not only on my face but also on the other part of my face and body. After I used this I can easily clean up all those dirty things and this make me feel so happy.

Quick Take: amazing & affordable
Personally I use one cup twice. The brush is a nice bonus and works well with this mask. I do love the way it feels on the face and the mask has a little bit of a tingling sensation but not too strong or burning.

Pimple be gone

I used this the other night to see what would happen to the two pimples I had on my chin - one was bigger and forming a whitehead and the other a smaller red bump.
I applied this and left it on for 10 minutes as directed. The mask has a slight tingle but nothing unpleasant. After rinsing, my face was soft and smooth but the pimples appeared the same. The next morning however the little pimple was gone and the big one reduced by half with no whitehead!
This mask is a new weekly staple for me. Definitely worth the cost and there is enough in each cup for two uses.

I LOVE this mask. Usually after I wash off a mud mask my face feels dry and tight, but that is not the case with this mask. My face feels soft and moisturized, not to mention this mask smells divine. The pods are for individual use but I find that I can get at least two uses out of one pod and that is even being generous. Great mask! Buy it, you won't be sorry.

Quick Take: easy to apply
I honestly bought this product mostly because of the brush. I use to have a brush for applying masks, but it finally gave up. Of course, I wouldn`t have paid the price if it wasn`t for the good reviews for the mask. I like the way it spreads on the skin, it`s easy to apply with no mess. It feels good on the skin, a bit astringent. I haven`t seen results yet, but only used one cup so far.

Quick Take: pleasant scent, hydrating, convenient
I purchased this product due to my skin going a bit crazy with blemishes and such. When I first opened the box, I was a bit taken aback by the size of the pods that the product comes in (pretty small). When I went to use the product with the included brush, I found that I used quite little of the product and that one of the little pods will actually last me through 3-4 uses at least. It helps tremendously to have that brush because I feel like I'm able to put the mask on more evenly and sparingly then if I just used my fingers. The best part (to me at least) is the scent. I've used mud masks before that smell horrible but this smells very pleasant. In short, if you're willing to splurge a little for a mask, this one will do you just fine!

I have been looking for a mask for a while and thought I would try this. Based on other reviews I used part of the pod and saved the rest. I actually got 2 more uses out of it but maybe didn't use enough. First time, no big results but I have been using once or twice a week and I also do an exfoliation the day before. For me that seems to have brought on the most results. Skin looks amazing!

This is a great mask. It's so luxurious!! Everytime I use it, I feel as if I'm at a spa. My skin feels so smooth and refreshed afterwards. The price may be a bit high, but get sooo much product. I can easily get 3 masks out of one pod. Love it!!

The first time I tried the mask, it stung a bit and did not appear to have made any difference after I washed it off. The second time I tried it (2 weeks later), I really noticed a difference the next morning. My skin was definitely clearer, and my face felt softer.

I had high hopes for this product, but in the end the mask wasn't very impressive. Though I used it about only once every 2 weeks, so maybe using it more often would yield a better result but I'm not convinced. It felt cold and soothing on, and felt a little tingly and refreshing once I washed it off. However my skin, while feeling somewhat smoother and moisturized, didn't look brighter or clearer. Also, 1 whole pod was WAY TOO much product to cover my face and neck. But good news, I used half of a pod and just covered up the remaining product, and several days later I used it again and it was still good. So good cost saving measure there. Overall, just an okay product that I don't regret buying but won't buy again.

I have skin that is neither dry nor oily. I no longer have acne but I did have late-onset acne starting at age 17 untill recently at about age 25. Although my skin is now clear, I am still very sensitive to certain products as my skin will react and breakout if a new product is not made for sensitive skin.
I received a sample of this at a Sephora store and was hesitant to try it but did anyway as it was not an exfoliator and they said it was very gentle. On a clean face, I applied a somewhat modest amount. I was pleasantly surprised how nice it smelled for being "mud"! It felt nice. However, a mere 20 hours later, my previously clear chin is now Break-out city. It was not for my skin and I would be careful to use it if you super-sensitive or acne-prone.
