What it is: A nourishing foundation primer and antiaging serum that preps the skin prior to foundation application. What it does: This foundation primer also doubles as an antiaging serum. In addition to prepping the skin prior to foundation application and facilitating blending and extended wear, this reparative primer hydrates and smoothes skin to blur the appearance of fine lines and pores. Clinically tested and vegan, it is free of parabens, fragrance, gluten, mineral oil, and talc. What it is formulated WITHOUT:- Parabens- Sulfates - Phthalates What else you need to know: The secret to Cover FX Anti-aging Primer is its ingredients. Coenzyme Q10 improves clarity and radiance and reduces the appearance of lines and wrinkles, while MultiPeptide Complex regulates skin repair and supports collagen synthesis and hyaluronic acid production. Vitamins F, C, and E protect the skin, soothe inflammation, and reduce redness while protecting against premature skin aging. Bisabolol, derived from the chamomile plant reduces redness and inflammation. Vitamin F esters, Squalane, and Hyaluronic Acid nourish and moisturize the skin. Great primer!

Can't speak to anti-aging, but I love how this primer feels.its light & not greasy. I wear it with Nars tinted moisturizer & everything goes on & looks smooth plus doesn't come off on anything. I'll definitely buy again!

I am in LOVE with this stuff...it is amazing it was recommended to me by one of the BA's in place of the Smashbox Hydrating Primer....and I am loving the outcome my makeup stays LITERALLY until I take it off....I no longer look raggedy in the face....YAY!!!!

This is my favorite primer!
I don’t know if it’s helping with wrinkles but what I can say is that it makes my skin smoother making it easier to apply my eye shadows (yes, I use this on my sensitive eyes w/no irritation because I did not like the one they make specifically for that area) and foundation.
I was trying to find an alternative because I felt this one was a bit pricey (now I realize I was wrong, this price is comparable to all the others), but after many failed attempts (and wasted $) I’m back to using this one; lesson learned….stick to what works.
The consistency is different; it’s thicker now which in my opinion is a plus as the other one was a bit runny.
OK, my rating is actually 4.5 but only because I would have loved for them to return to using the clear pump container; this packaging waste a lot of product (when you think it’s finished, cut it open & transfer any remaining product into another airtight container).

This primer is a miracle worker! I don't need anti-aging benefits yet, but it moisturizes perfectly. It keeps my makeup in place with little transfer. I also use it after I wash my face at night, as a serum. My skin has become clearer since I've started using it.

this primer is amazing. i was using smashbox, but have since switched to coverfx and wont go back. product is light, non-greasy and foundation stays all day. love it so much thinking about seeing what else coverfx has to offer.

I am shocked that this primer received such good reviews. I love makeup and am constantly on the search for the best products, and this just did not cut it. I have worn it for 4 days now, and it makes my face itch! Even if it didn't make me itch, I'd still be returning it--I did not notice any difference in how my foundation went on or lasted through out the day. Perhaps if I had used more I would have noticed some results, but at nearly $40 for 1 oz, that didn't sit well with me either.

My skin is really dry, such that other primers worsen it by stripping away some of my facial moisturizer and causing flaking. I always have to reapply some moisturizer to correct the problem, and then I lose the effects of the primer and have to turn to other types of makeup to fill in lines. Cover FX is the only primer I've tried that just does its job, without greasiness, and allows me to immediately proceed with putting on the rest of my makeup. No backtracking required!

I was hesitant, but literally this product has started showing results in under a month. My skin is less irritated, smoother, hydrated, and vibrant. Works great under foundation or by itself!
