A really great set for the price!

Quick Take: smells yummy
I have been LOVING the Quercetin & Oak line from Korres. This is my lastest addition: primer and concealer. The primer is *nice* (the best part of the set). First, it smells great - lake a barely-there light citrus. Then, It slides on nice-and-easy and doesn't tighten up your face like some primers can do, and leaves a nice, fresh pallette for your makeup. And! A little goes a loooong way. Finally - its part of a retinol-alternative anti-aging line - so you feel like your helping to smooth those wrinkles while you apply.
However, I'm not sure if this is the best primer for people who currently use a silicon-primer that minimizes pores - The Korres Quercetin & Oak primer is lighter than that, and doesn't have a sticky, silicon feel to it, and doesn't appear to minimize my pores too much. I think it's a *plus* to keep silicon off my face. But, some people might be used to primers that leave that faux-smooth, plasticky surface (it does make your face look nice, but all those chemicals!).
Next up - the concealer. It's nice. Here's a tip: when applied with a brush, it can be a little dry... So, apply with your finger instead, and use a brush to blend later. When I use my fingertip, my body heat warms the concealor a bit, makes it nice and mousse-y, and it makes application nice and smooth.
All in all, I think it is a good concealor. I use it on my blemishes as well as under my eyes. I need heavy coverage for acne-staining, and this does the job much better than my last concealor! I think that people with moderate need for coverage will find this concealor really works for them, while full-coverage girls might find themselves building a little on stubborn areas.
For the price, this set is a score. The primer will last almost as long as a normal full-size, and I'm pretty sure the concealor *is* a full size.

Very happy with this purchase!

Quick Take: good value
I have been looking for the perfect concealer for the past 2 years. I love the color and coverage of Benefit Boing, but I am starting to get fine lines that it settles into. This is exactly like Benefit Boing, but it doesn't settle into my creases. It is very well-pigmented; a tiny bit goes a long way, so it isn't cakey. It covers blemishes, freckles and under eye circles, without even looking like I'm wearing makeup. The perfect concealer! I think of the primer as a great bonus!

A match not made in heaven
-03.06.13
The concealer is excellent. The primer is not as good as I thought. The primer does not provide for my eyeliner to stay in place for a long time. It tends to run a lot faster than without it. The concealer by itself rocks.

Korres Primer
-03.03.13
I received the travel size primer when I purchased the concealer. I had never heard of the brand but like full-coverage concealers and there are not many out there. I usually don't bother with samples but this sample was big enough to usein my travel kit. I tried it and I LOVE it. It leaves my skin nice and moist for makeup application. The texture is perfect and gives just the right amount of glide in the skin. I love the fresh scent too. It is more if a moisturzer tgan a primer as there is no need for an additional moisturizer prior. I am 100% going to but the full size and look at the rest of the line.

not worth the price
-02.15.13
the concelar was nice, felt smooth on my skin & had good coverage, but it didn't last & was streaky & settled into fine lines w/in a couple hours. i didn't notice any "antiaging" benefits either & the primer made me break out too. had to return it.

I like it!

Quick Take: good value
Upon opening the container, I worried that it's orange-ish color would make me look a little like Snooki, but after smoothing it out, it looked REALLY nice! It's creamy and covers what it should.
I think it would be a bit greasy in the summer, but now, in winter, it's great and I don't want to run out :)

Amazing stuff
-02.06.13
Quick Take: good value, great coverage, wears light
I work nights, so I have near-permament dark circles under my eyes. I wandered into Sephora yesterday and asked for something to cover it and they showed me this little package in 01 Fair. I've never been so satisfied with a makeup purchase in my life.
First of all, you get a $43 primer free with the concealer so you may as well get this instead of the concealer alone - killer value. Second, the coverage is incredible - completely hides my dark circles with one layer. A little goes a long way, so it's going to last. Finally, it wears so light you can barely feel it. That was a huge plus for me because I really hate feeling stuff on my face, so if I can't tell its there, I'm happy.

Absoutely love both these products! This really is a great value considering the concealer alone is $22. I can already see a great difference in my skin after only a week. The primer feels silkier than most others I've tried and has a really soothing effect on my sensitive skin.

perfect duo
-01.09.13
Quick Take: good value, great coverage, flawless skin
I've been using and loving the Q&O Primer for years (and am happy to now have a travel size) but I haven't tried the concealer before and now I wish I hadn't passed it up all this time! I am very fair so my dark undereye circle are very pronounced and I also have a lot of redness - this concealer perfectly covers both and it isn't cakey at all. My biggest issue with concealer, especially for my undereyes, is its typically so thick that it settles in my lines even though I use a setting powder. This concealer somehow manages to be creamy enough to blend smoothly, but lightweight enough to not be cakey or settle. And the amount you get for $22 is a pretty great deal, especially in this set since you get the primer for free (full size primer is usually $33 and this looks like its almost half the size of a full one).

Incredible deal for a great product
-01.07.13
Quick Take: good value
This is a great deal. You basically pay the price of the Concealer and get the primer for free. I am totally addicted to the Korres concealer. It has high coverage and spreads very smoothly into my skin. I use under my eyes and to hide some scars due to acne. I used a sample of the primer once and really liked it as well. It definitely made some of my fine lines appear less dramatic. Love that we can get them together now with this deal.
