I like to be "color-coded" and am known at work for just that.....everything blends with my main motif. This was just the thing for St. Pat's Day also.

Quick Take: quite fabulous
Loved the vivid emerald color on its own and also with the shimmers over it. Good coverage, easy to apply and long lasting. Liked that they are formulated without parabens and sulfates.

Quick Take: glittery
I received this as a birthday gift and it's going back. Two of the polishes are glittery and I don't like/am too old for glitter polish. I would have really liked 3shades of green instead.

Quick Take: chip resistent, long wearing, fast-drying
This trio is fantastically beautiful! The colors go very well together. I used them to create nail art in an ombré design. The glitter just dazzles, especially under lights. Check out my tutorial video.

Sephora surprisingly disappoints

Quick Take: not worth the money, chips quickly, gooey/gloppy, hard to apply
I was very disappointed with the quality of this product. Considering it was a collaboration and expensive, I would have expected it to be higher quality. It chipped quickly, it's a very dull color, and goes on EXTREMELY gloppy and gooey. In my opinion, you can do better with any other brand of nail polish, which I was surprised (being an avid Sephora shopper).

This nail polish dries wicked fast! I was so surprised as its very thick. Long lasting and true color. I wish the brush was a little longer but I'll sort that out closer to the end of the bottle.

Quick Take: fast-drying
As always, I love Sephora nail polishes. However, the colors in this set are costumey, not fashiony. I bought it with St. Patrick's Day in mind anyway, so it suited that purpose but I would not wear these colors outside of a holiday. Without base or top coat, it was chipping after two days. I'll continue to buy Sephora nail polishes but this set is a dud.

Quick Take: not a keeper
I really didn't like this nail set and am going to return. The quality of the nail polish is my main complaint. We use Pantone colors in our work and I thought this was a fun kit, but the polish goes on thick and gloppy. I hated the way the glitter version felt once on but I'm truly not a fan of any of them.

Quick Take: great
Love the color. Of the three, the solid and the lighter sparkle are the best. Could do without the other. Would have been better adding a golden glitter to it rather than a darker green.
The polish lasted without chipping for a week. I needed to put a glossy top coat on to get the shine I prefer. Matte is great but just not my thing on nails.
Would recommend to a friend.!!!

The matte color is duller than I expected but still pretty. I got my set just in time for St Patricks day! Also, I think the value for cost was way better than last year. The tangerine set for 2012 was 4 full size polishes, this year 3 minis. Le sigh.

Quick Take: long lasting, not to funky of a color, perfect with any outfit, goes on easy
I can see why this is the color of the year. This 3 pack has something for everyone. I'm a nurse and wash my hands a ton during the day and it stays on without chipping. The sparkly ones are a bit hard to remove and I've noticed that it does leave a slight green stain on your nails but other than that I'm in love with the color. I would but it again for sure.

Not quite the color I expected

I watched the video for the emerald collection and saw a paler, shimmery shade of nail polish on the model; I thought that was the center shade in this collection. The colors look quite different from the way they look on my PC. The center color, which looks shimmery online, is actually a dull-looking blue-green. The lefthand shade is a speckled version of the same. The righthand version actually looks close to the real. When I tried on the center (main) shade, I really didn't like it. It was darker and more blue than I wanted. I added a layer of the speckled shade over it and still didn't like it. Finally I added the glitter shade on top, and that made it much prettier. Still deciding if I want to keep this or not. Although I like the three shades together, the kit is a lot less usable if I can't wear the center shade by itself. You might want to see this kit in the store before buying to see what you're really getting.
