Quick Take: fun, unique, colourful, shiny, easy
I have 2 sets of these- pink and aqua. You can make all of your nails different and unique! I always get compliments on them because they are so shiny and I always use so many different colours stacked.

I've always wanted to try nail foils and this kit was perfect for that. It takes a few tries to get the foil down... but once you get it down, it's amazing! Though it does look amazing, I noticed that some of the foils (specifically the light, holographic ones) fade and come off after a few days.

Never successfully used the foils. I do like the pink nail polish though. I'll keep trying. It seems like a good idea. Just not a sure success - I think - takes some practice.

Fun foils. There is a learning curve to the time you put the adhesive down, until the time you put the foil down for the best adhesion. I have been able to do the random placement, but I was hoping to do the full nail foil. I'm still working on it.

Heres the deal, for starters the nail polish is very pretty colors, and these kits are great for beginners, everyone has to start somewhere and here is good, longevity is relative (im a mom) nothing lasts forever, im extremely satisfied as is my daughter

Quick Take: easy to use, colorful
The manicure is pretty easy to do. It looks really pretty once is done, TOP COAT IS A MUST, it doesn't come with the kit. Playing around with colors is fun, and you can create different manicures. Follow the instructions for it to work. The only thing that I don't like is, perhaps that for $19.00 the kit should have brought more colors of the foil, instead of repeating them.

Ciate seems to be a company that takes clever and CHEAP ideas and repackage it with a 1000% markup. Their caviar nails were literally just microbeads from the craft store, and this is selling you nail foils which can be gotten for $1 a pop online in an unwieldy, large kit.
I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for nail foils...the site I use has hundreds of patterns and free glue.

It was really fun playing with all of the colors. The base coat lasted forever but the other pieces came off within a couple of days. I would recommend it if you are going to a function in the same day but the look is not long lasting.

It is a beautiful concept however the foil rubs off if you are hard on your nails. Therefore if you wear your nail Polish out within a week like i do the foil pack isn't gonna be for you. :-)

Pretty, but some flaws

This manicure is pretty, but I honestly expected it to last longer. I followed the instructions and finished with a top coat, but even with a topcoat the foil started to wear off after a day or so and made my nails feel gummy in some spots. Plus the topcoat dulled the shine of the foil. Since the foil wears off, even with a topcoat, next time I'll skip that step. Overall, it's a fun manicure and the kit comes with lots of sheets of foil, so I look forward to trying a bunch of different styles.

As long as you're patient this is very easy and alot of fun to use. It's not long lasting though, I found that even with 2 top coats that the foil starting rubbing off after a few days but it's great if you want a fun/different manicure for the weekend.
Make sure you follow the directions, you have to wait for the glue to dry a liitle otherwise the foil doesn't transfer..if you're in a rush than I would suggest waiting "til you have some free time before using this product.

LoVE how these came out...GORGEOUS!! BUT a top coat is not included and you MUST use one or you will walk around with sticky nail that pick up everything and the foil comes off.

I thought that it created a beautiful manicure. The kit didn't take me too long to use and I put a top coat over it. I found that even with a too coat, the foil started "rubbing off". The foil would still smear off even when the top was dry. But over all it stll lol looked amazing.

I have everyone of Ciate's manicures in a box and this is one of the better ones. It takes a little practice getting the foils just right. It comes with a full size polish which I like and the foils give it a pretty kick. I got compliments on my designs. I wish it came with a bigger glue or had a refill pack for the foils and glue.
