Definitely Worth It!
-05.23.13
Quick Take: easy to use, effective, excellent, worth the money
I splurged on this, which is something I rarely do, but I hate shaving my bikini line because I get these red bumps that never seem to go away! This laser hair remover is AMAZING. I'm on week 5 now (I do it once a week) and the results are fantastic. I actually started seeing results after week 3! The areas I have lasered barely grow back anymore and if any DOES grow back, it takes a long time. The most annoying thing about it is that it takes a while, even doing a smaller area. It's a pretty boring and tiresome process, but the results are really worth it! It isn't difficult to use by any means, just time consuming. However, I highly recommend this to anyone looking to get rid of unwanted hair for good.

No pain no gain!
-05.22.13
This really works, I can tell because I have been using it weekly for over a month on one armpit and not the other - the treated armpit has sparser and sparser hair every time I shave and grows soooo slowly, while the untreated armpit is prickly and fuzzy. It has also worked to zap a few errant chin hairs, and my bikini line and legs are my next project and starting to show progress! I have a high pain tolerance (I am not fazed by tattoos, dermal filler injections, or giving blood) so I had no problems using this on setting 5 but I do feel the burn which is like a rubber band snapping on my skin when I hit a patch of skin that has a dense dark follicle population.

Home laser hair removal beats going to a med spa!
-05.22.13
I am very pleased with this purchase. The price seems high, but when you compare it to office treatments you come out way better buying this. Especially if you plan to treat multiple areas. If used according to instructions you get comparable results to a med spa. I had my armpits done at a med spa and it feels the same. The results are almost identical. I have used this for four weeks, four times, and it has already slowed down the hair growth on my legs. I can tell improvement each time. I do wish I could do both legs on one charge, but usually have to charge in between. I would highly recommend to those considering laser hair removal.

So far so good!!!
-05.21.13
I have been using this for a few weeks now and have definitely seen diminished growth. I am using it mainly on my face (cheeks, lip, and chin) and my underarms. The area that shoots out the laser is a bit small, but it does the trick and once you get in the groove, you can do it really quickly. The laser feels as if there are little tiny rubber bands snapping against your skin. Right now, level 3 is all I can handle (it goes up to level 5). I will update as I see progress.

Better than a salon...
-05.17.13
I love that I can do my hair removal in the privacy of my own home. I've gone to a med spa for laser hair removal and Tria makes it so much easier. I love that I can do it on my schedule too. It's cheaper and it works!

Quick Take: excellent
I thought a lot before buying the Tria, but now I know I made the best choice. Tria is excellent but requires patience and discipline for a few weeks. The result is guaranteed.

so glad I tried this
-05.16.13
I've used so many methods of removing the dark hair on my upper lip --waxing, shaving, tweezing, even bleaching. The Tria is expensive, but so far it seems to be worth every penny. I have been using it 3 times a week for the last month. The hair stopped growing after 3 or 4 uses. it didn't fall out immediately, but it was obvious that the growth had stopped. Now the hair is gone and hasn't come back. It does hurt, but the pain is manageable. There is a little redness, but it goes away in a couple of minutes. I have considered professional hair removal, but this is better. It's probably cheaper in the long run and I like having some control over the process.

Worth the wait
-05.15.13
I've never left a product review before but since the Tria is pricey and relative new product I feel that it needs all the positive reviews it can get. Keep in mind I have fair skin with fine dark hair. After one month of using it weekly on my bikini line I noticed that I was no longer getting ingrown hairs. After two months the hair was growing back much slower. I'm now on my third month and have some patches that have been hair free for over a week. I am confident that the Tria does what it claims. But it does require a lot of patience; permanent hair removal won't happen overnight.

Quick Take: great!
I simply dont' have time to make an appointment nor the money to pay for expensive treatments for hair removal every few weeks. Although, I felt that i splurged getting the TRIA I really couldn't be happier! I noticed some results after the first use but after the second use, I really felt I was going to get my money's worth with it. Plus, I feel more confident becasue I'm not so worried about my unwanted facial hair. of course I have to keep going but at this rate, it shouldn't take that much longer to be rid of all unwanted hair, considering I'm Latina and have always suffered from excessive hair.

Worth the money!
-05.08.13
I have had several sessions of laser hair removal at the dermatologists office and this is the same thing! Office visits cost $300 for full face so paying $450 is worth every penny. I've used it for a few weeks now and can already see a difference. I have black thick hair on my face which is very embarrassing. This is wonderful for girls like me. It hurts but using ice to numb it beforehand works. Try it you will LOVE it!!!

LIFE SAVER
-05.08.13
Quick Take: amazing effective
I'd been debating for the past 2 years to try the Tria; the only thing stopping me was the cost. I finally gave in, and I'm very happy to report that it was the best decision ever!
I have done 4 treatments now (1 treatment per week). I started on levels 3 & 4 (depending on how sensitive the area) and have now graduated to level 5. I see about a 75-80% reduction in hair growth now on the treated areas. AMAZING! Hair that has grown back has come in much finer and grows more slowly. I used to have to shave my underarms (along with everything else) every day, and I couldn't avoid getting razor burn, bumps, and ingrown hairs. Shaved areas always got irritated, and it's so embarrassing having red, bumpy underarms in the summertime when no one else does.
I haven't shaved in 2 days, and you honestly would never know it. It looks and feels smooth and clear. This really is a dream come true for me, since I absolutely hate body hair and it's plagued me since I was 11! I wish I did this sooner!
Some people complain about the pain, it really isn't that bad. I have a little plastic cup that I fill up with water and put in the freezer. When I'm ready to use the Tria, I use the Tria gel and then ice up the area for a few minutes. I pat the area dry and then zap away. There are some spots that you don't feel a thing (those areas are probably the ones that aren't currently in the growth phase) and some areas where you feel a lot of warmth. It pretty much is the equivalent of a VERY warm pinch. It's not comfortable, but it only takes a few minutes to treat areas such as your underarms, so it's over really fast.
I really can't wait to see the results of continued treatment. If you have the same issues as me and have been on the fence about it, just go for it. It gave me such a confidence boost; I feel so much better about myself. No more being self conscious when wearing tank tops, or nothing at all!

Worth It!

I have coarse, dark hair and shave constantly. I usually feel stubble the day after I shave and I get so tired of it...
I debated on getting the Tria for awhile and I am so glad that I finally did. Way cheaper than professional treatments and you can do it privately. I have done it once a week for about 2 months on the level 2 or 3 setting (anything higher hurts too much). I already notice a difference. Hair is growing in much finer, or not at all in some spots. I can go for about a week without shaving my legs at this point. It is very time consuming to do both legs, so I haven't been doing it as often, but I am still shaving much less frequently.

Quick Take: easy to use, worth the money
I use it at the full strength (Level 5) and it is excellent. I had been getting treatments through a Doctor for several months. Had five treatments prior to buying the Tria. This is just as effective. Felt the same. You can adjust the level to what you can tolerate. But marked results will be obtained at the highest level. Well worth the money.

Tied cuople times and waiting for proper device.

Quick Take: tria
Good thing - easy to use Tria! I have noticed a small reduction in hair in couple of uses. And wanted to use it to get rid of hair before the summer.
But the package of the unit I received was damaged and the device developed a small crack between the vent and window after a few uses (may be they dropped it). I returned that and ordered another unit. Just a couple days ago got "new" which came all scratched and seems to be refurbished and not correctly assembled after that. I reported it to customer service and also returned it immediately. Now I am waiting when the system is in stock to order it again. Hope will not be disappointed with NEW devise.
And it will come really new, not broken and not refurbished.
Gave for now 4 stars, may be will change my mind after using for some time.

Stick with it - It Works!
-04.19.13
Quick Take: effective, affordable, easy to use
I've had this for a year now. I used it once a month for the first 4 months. I use it primarily for my underarms and bikini area (not the nether, super sensitive regions). I'm at a point where it take about 6 months for hair to grow back and in certain spots, none grows back at all! And I am very hairy with very thick, coarse mediterrean hair! In the long run, this has saved me serious $$$. Does it hurt? Well, it's not pleasant - no different from the Salon treatments I've received ....

Hello!
-04.15.13
I have been using this for a month and I haven't seen much of a difference honestly. I was happy to hear it didn't hurt much until I tried it and OMG.... maybe I just have the darkest hair on the planet but it DOES hurt. I haven't been able to get passed the setting 3. (It goes up to 5.) I gave it 4 stars because I am really hopefully that it will work. My skin is softer in the areas I've used it at least!

FINALLY!!!
-04.12.13
Quick Take: hair free finally, never buy $$ razor blades again
After 11 Treatments, the treated areas (lip, chin, underarms) are Hair Free! YEA ;).
There is some discomfort, not as bad as waxing. If you can handle that, don't worry.
Tried once on my legs, and well, I will try it again next week. Never had my legs waxed and is more sensitive. Always used the highest setting.
If you are sitting on the fence, don't just get it. has a money back if you need it, but you will not.
Been waiting for this for years and my wait is Finally Over!
