"Liz" not What I Expected
-05.15.13
Quick Take: chip resistent, beautiful colors
"smoky pastel" "pale green"
Nah, this is intense pigment. Julep is a gorgeous quality line, it really resists chipping, far better than most brands.
I was hoping it would be a sheer wash of milky jade green, but "Liz" packed a punch.

Good color
-05.09.13
Quick Take: chip resistent, long wearing, fast-drying
Love the color and Julep polish in general. However, the brush on this polish is flat and wide, making it drippy and harder to apply. The polish itself has long lasting color that resists chips, however, application is difficult. I have other julep polishes that have smaller round brushes and assumed this would be the same. If I didn't love the color so much, I would have returned it.

Best Mint Color
-05.06.13
Quick Take: fast-drying, nice pigmentation
I am a nail polish JUNKIE so trust me when I say this is one of the most flattering mint colored polishes out! It goes on smooth, doesn't clump and has great staying power. If I had anything bad to say, it would be the actual brush. It's too big and long. My nail tech didn't like it much at all. This is a simple easy fix ladies -just have your nail tech clean the brush of a similar shade polish she has et voila! Perfection. Works great on all complexions.

Rebecca
-05.05.13
Quick Take: fast-drying
I bought the color Rebecca because Rebecca is my name. It is a very pretty periwinkle blue, but the consistency of the paint is very thick making the application process a little difficult. It looks pretty on my nails, but you can tell how thick the polish is just based on looking at it. I have other Julep colors and have experienced this with some of them, but not all. It is very opaque. Maybe that's why it's so thick.

Great color
-05.05.13
Quick Take: chip resistent, long wearing
I applied this polish two weeks ago... and it's just barely chipping. It went on with only a few bubbles, 2 coats were enough, and it dried in a reasonable amount of time. Definitely a Julep convert.

Not Satisfied
-05.03.13
I was disappointed in this nail polish. For the price, it chipped after just 2 days. The colors are pretty, but the quality is not there. I wouldn't recommend it, and I won't buy it again.

not the best .
-04.25.13
I will start out by saying that Julep is one of my favorite brands . I favor the pinks but not this . It is thick and the color is flat ,like you dipped your nail in pepto bismal .Not the look I was going for .I am returning this .

Rebecca is beautiful!

Beautiful - perfect periwinkle blue! I have received many compliments, but am wishing that the other colors would become available to Mavens on their website - far cheaper for me! :)

Lovely Color!
-04.08.13
This is very nice polish. The pink is the only color I've tried, but it is great for spring, covers well and lasted a long time. The bottle is an odd shape, so I have to get used to that.

My new spring fav!
-03.28.13
I've been looking for the perfect pastel polish for spring and when I went into Sephora I fell in love with this whole set of pastels! I bought the mint-ish color and then returned to buy the pink. I love both! They are the perfect spring shades! I can't decide which is my favorite and I'm contemplating buying the other shades as well! Totally recommend it for anyone looking for the perfect spring color!

Long lasting and was complimented on the unique color. The bottle is thin making application a little less easy, would not advise to apply if in a rush.

lasts well
-03.24.13
I actually had difficulty getting this off with non-acetone nail polish remover. I love the Liz color and got lots of compliments. This was the longest lasting manicure I've ever had that wasn't gel. Lasted 5 days before chipping and I'm hard on my nails.

Great shade,
-03.17.13
Quick Take: fashion forward
I wish this nail polish would last longer, but Julep has fewer chemicals and comes in shades that rock. I'm sold! Teri is like a hot salmon and I'm looking forward to wearing it on my honeymoon in Key West.

Thickness = chips quickly
-03.17.13
Quick Take: not durable
I loved the color and the fact that it dried quickly. It seemed to go on a little thick, despite my best efforts to apply thin coats. As a result, it did chip quickly. I guess that it is fairly standard for nail polish, though, to only hold up for 2-3 days.

I love Julep!
-02.20.13
Quick Take: beautiful colors
While I haven't tried the smokey pastels yet, I love Julep nail polishes! I am pretty new to them, but I am hooked! The colors are beautiful and true to what they appear in the bottle. I only need two coats for even the lightest of colors. Some people complain that the polish to "too thick", but they are just using to much. The only thing is that the bottles are small. I think each bottle would last less than 10 manicures, but I have not tested that yet. I highly suggest going to their website and becoming a maven for the best price. All in all, I love this company and products and I think you will also!
