This product works best when blended with my moisturizer. It goes on dark at first but quickly blends to match my skin. It makes me looks wonderfully sunkissed. On casual days, this is all I need.

This product does so many things all in one application! It covers blemishes while repairing them, it protects skin from sun rays, it evens uneven skin tone, it hydrates and give you a sun-kissed glow & shimmer. It makes me feel so much more comfortable in my own facial skin!

The "one universal" shade leaves me looking like I poorly matched my makeup to my skin. After hours of wear it tends to match more, but I'm still not sure if its worth it. I also find myself extremely oily by the end of the day.

Quick Take: dry and dark
I haven't used a B.B. Cream before...but this was not what I expected. First off, the color was much too dark to ever work on my fair skin. Secondly, it was very dry and not hydrating at all. I just don't get it. So- I returned it.

This shade really works with my skin color. I'm latin so my skin doesn't work with most BBs until NOW! So excited really happy with this BB, really good coverage and very moisturizing.

A very versatile product

I use it two ways: as a sculpting bronzer under my cheekbones and to darken too light foundations. It blends easily. However, the cover is a bit orange-y and will suit only those ones with yellow undertones.

Quick Take: an awesome bb cream
I received this as a sample and could hardly wait til it's full size debut to purchase it! I have very sensitive skin that reacts very easily, and although I don't suggest it, I've slept in this light way BB cream and awoke to skin that looks great!! I would suggest this to anyone who wants a BB cream that actually does your skin some good!!

I bought this along with boscia's light bb version. I bought this product because i wanted a light bronze over my face. Consistency was not remotely anything like the regular bb cream at all. It was somewhat of a light lotion type of texture, not creamy enough. And the shade? Forget it. It was way too dark. It screams oompa loompa.

Amazing product for sensitive skin. I have oily sensitive skin that can't handle chemical sunscreens. This is the only BB cream that doesn't look white on me and hasn't broken me out at all. I love this stuff!!

Love this product. I mix it with the regular Boscia BB Creme and the Tsubaki oil and its perfect natural bronze, plus stays all day and my skin is perfectly moisturized but not at all oily.

I got this as a free sample with my last order and I knew immediately it would be too dark for my end of winter pale skin so I mixed it half and half with the Shiseido lotion sample I got at the same time and rubbed it in well all over my face and neck and instantly had the most natural looking summer glow and the BB cream itself made my skin look so nice and smooth! And I have trouble with makeup making my skin look dry and more wrinkled as the day wears on but this stuff doesn't do that to me somehow. My face and neck just have a healthy glow to them all day!
There are a few people even paler than me and I recommend mixing one part BB Bronze to two parts your favorite moisturizer and then rub it in thoroughly and quickly and you will most likely love it as much as I do!

Quick Take: hydrating lightweight covers well
I have been looking for a BB cream with enough coverage to hide my flaws but enough tint to blend in well with my olive skin which I spray tan periodically. This cream really shines! I often have a problem with my face tan fading way sooner than the rest of my body but I use the dr dennis alpha beta tan towels to keep my glow and when I'm not in the mood to wear full on make up this cream is exactly the ticket. It makes my skin look younger, healthier and tan without that icky orange effect that some bronzers and tanners have.

I think this B.B. cream is great! Like other reviews stated before its hard to find B.B. creams for darker skin tones. For the people that are giving this product a low rating because its too dark for their skin, the color is described as bronze.. So this product may not blend well with lighter skin tones.

Quick Take: blendable, smooth, shimmery
I think all of the BB creams that I have found are WONDERFUL... but with each one I purchased, I had to use some type of tinted moisturizer or foundation to make the color match my own tone. Not really a GREAT since I was looking for a product to minimize my "mirror" time in the morning.
Like another reviewer stated, it's ABOUT TIME that somebody came out with BB Creme Shade that favors and compliments women of color.
I received this as a sample about a month ago and put it to the side because I saw the word "bronzing"... little did I know that opening this a couple weeks later would change my life... well, not exactly, but I'm SOLD. Sephora classifies my skin tone as "DEEP", and anyone who feels that they fall into this category should purchase it.
Anywho... it goes on SMOOTHLY and it blends PERFECTLY! I have combination skin with an oily T-Zone and this stuff has YET to let me down! I also love the fact that this creme is from a skincare line.
side note: there is a "hint" of shimmer in here... not really bothersome or irritated to my skin, but I wouldn't recommend using this product sensitive skin.
(Although the website says "Online Only", I was able to pick up a full-sized bottle at my local Sephora with no problem... I hope this stuff is here to stay)

Better for medim darker skin tones

Quick Take: easy to use
this bronze balm blends nicely into the skin but you have to really rub it in so the product leaves no trace of unevenness shading. It's a little on the thick side and could have had more of an emollient feel to it but it's not dry or anything like that. I love that it has no weird smells and it does not stain or leave any residue behind like some bronze products do. The thing is for me I can't wear this on my face alone unless it's made into a total body product or else my face is dramatically darker than the rest of my body. The only way I could get away with this would be if I were wearing a turtleneck and you see just my face exposed.
Bottom Line: In my opinion it works best for medium to darker skin tones or at the very least women with light skin not as fair as my own. As you can see in my swatch above it's too dark for my face. Although if it were a total body product then I could match up my face and body with this nice bronze shade. It's cruelty free, easy to use, no weird smell or sticky residue left behind for those of you who find this complimentary to your own skin tone

Quick Take: light weight effective dark moisturizing
My skin is fair (lightest shade, close to become transparent / or a ghost) and oily, in a non wrinkled 41yo face. I got this product as a sample. I knew it would be too dark, so I applied it to stay at home as I was too curious about the formula. Color wise, I can't use it even if "tanned" somehow, but I have friends who will be delighted with it. And it wasn't orange at all, just a-year-beach-side-tanned too much for my skin color. Maybe it will look better in someone with pink undertones, and it's orangey on yellow undertones. Definitely NOT a universal shade of bronzer.
The formula is light, exactly as I like it, gliding smoothly over my skin. It felt velvety on contact, my face looked rested, well treated, enlarged pores were considerably dimished, oiliness beautifully controlled. Also, it didn't cause any breakouts. That was exactly what I was looking for if it wasn't for the color. If I could get hold of a sample of the original version to see if it's as good as the bronzer one, it would be ideal.
Why 5 stars then?
The product is fantastic, I can't rate it low just because it isn't the right color for me. If you think this color would suit you, go for it, you won't regret.
