Quick Take: everything it is cracked up to be, hydrating, plumps out the crepey lids, worth the price
I had used up another high-end primer and read the online reviews of the Cover FX. I have to say this is one of the best eye makeup primers I've ever tried. It goes on very smooth and a tiny bit about the size of a peppercorn is plenty to cover the area for both eyes. This primer actually feels slightly "tacky" even after you let it set for a few minutes but this did not create a problem with blending or layering of shades. It is long wearing and my eye make up looks the same at 10 at night as it did when I walked out the door in the morning. It is hydrating and helps revitalize my slightly crepey middle-aged eye lids! I love this stuff and it's worth every cent I spent on it.

Works well for moisturizing all around eye and providing a nice base for under-eye concealing. As for a shadow base, it was nice for making the shadows look more vibrant, but I had major creasing and fading around the 3 hour mark. I will keep using under eyes, but I was really hoping to love this as a shadow primer.

I REALLY wont to love this, and maybe I am not using correctly? But I found I had to use eye primer on top, maybe you are supposed to. But w/out eye primer my shadow was a Freddy mess within a few hours. U found it a bit sticky. I am still experimenting to make this one work. But I guess if you have somewhat oily lids, as I do, I would recommend primer on top. I definitely see a difference in tightness and brightness before any other make up, but I ALWAYS wear eye and face make up to some extent. So jury, for now, is still out.

Quick Take: color correcting, creamy, crease resistant, smoothing, anti-aging, brightening, tightening, radiance boosting
It keeps my shadow on, prevents creasing in my concealer, and makes my eyes look 23 again.
It's a must for anyone's makeup bag!

Instant results and long term benefits. Tightened, brightened, lifted, firmed and smoothed are all benefits I experienced in using this product.
Love that this isn't a greasy Creasy eye cream, nor is it a concrete mix feeling eye shadow primer it's some magical that blurs the line between skincare and makeup.
