For some reason whenever I got into a store, I LOVE the perfume I purchase, then when I get home, I almost instantly HATE IT.
And this one was no exception.
I only bought the roller ball, just because I know my experiences usually don't turn out well.
In the store, it smelled sweet and warm, and like ME.
But when I got home.. It almost smelled like (in my opinion) key lime pie.
I HATE Key lime pie.
I can't stand it. The smell makes my head hurt and it reminds me of one of Jessica Simpson's "fancy" fragrances, (that I also purchased a few years ago, and hate.)
If you want "knock you out of your seat" sweet with a lemony side note, then this is for you.
Definitely not my cup of tea.
My journey for my signature scent continues.

i went to the perfume section and asks a worker for help. i told him what other perfumes i like and he instantly recommended this one, he said it matches my personality. and it does! this stuff smells so freaking good. i love it!

A Lovely Scent, But It Doesn't Hold

Quick Take: travel-friendly, elegant, feminine, a unique blend, sexy, draws compliments, doesn't hold, bold, floral woody and sweet, expensive but worth it, sophisticated
This fragrance is my latest favorite. When you first put it on, the green notes are really noticeable, amost overpowering, but it quickly dries down and that's when it really starts to smell amazing. I really like the mix of the vanilla and the jasmine combined with the creamy wooden base. It's sweet but sophisticated so it's a good way to indulge if you like vanilla based fragrances without smelling overly sweet. I find this fragrance pairs really well with either jasmine or vanilla lotion.
I received compliments the first time I wore this...at the very beginning of the evening, that is. Midway through the night the scent was completely gone--it just doesn't hold. I guess I'll have to buy the rollerball so I can keep reapplying it throughout the evening. That's why I'm taking off a star: a fragrance this expensive shouldn't be so high maintenance! But it really is a bold, feminine scent so I would recommend you go to a store or purchase a sample and at least try it out.

I was given a sample at Sephora when I was in and I used every last drop of the sample and fell in love with this perfume! I can't get enough of it, it's light, flirtty yet sultry at the same time!

Quick Take: reusable, memorable
i fell in love with this perfume via a sniff-flap in 'elle' magazine, so i instantly ordered it. i'm totally captivated by the smell, both the initial stronger scent of jasmine/vanilla and the lingering aroma of light powder. fabulous!!

Sweet and Unique

I love this! This manages to be sweet and vanilla-y, fresh, and woodsy/spicy all at once. To me, it fits in with the current trend of sweet perfumes, but stands apart from them as well. I'm finishing up a sample, and can't wait to buy a full bottle!

LOVE this fragrance. It has real staying power,yet it isn't an overwhelming type. I am a "green note" perfume fan and this is a warm and inviting spicy version. Beautiful!

Tried it on at Macy's about two weeks ago and everyday since then, been waiting for the opportunity to purchase. Vanilla and Gardenias are my favorite scents for warm weather, so this got added to the collection.

I like warm floral orientals and this one has enough green notes to make it feel summertime at the start unlike many warm scents I wear that most save for fall. It dries down an addicting vanilla. Like really addictive. It was surprising to get this kind of sweetness from a designer perfume. Not to say that it is unsophisticated or anything. I really enjoy this and got the rollerball to keep on me all the time!

I thought about getting this after reading what notes are in this. I sprayed a bit on while I was shopping. I had a two hour car trip. (I could smell it the whole drive home) I liked the scent at first but when it got down to the base notes it just reminded me of something I would have picked out in middle school. It smells way too sugary, I couldn't wait to go home and wash it off.

Quick Take: over priced for quality
Very nice light sent, however it does not stay at all. You can use it on a pluse point/wrist and an hour later there is no visible sent at all. Very expensive for what it actually is.

Quick Take: delish, feminine
This perfume is the epitomy of perfect for me. It's a more sophisticated vanilla like scent with woody notes that make the scent more womanly. It's light, but distinct and I personally feel it's great for day/night spring/fall. A lot of perfumes give me headaches, this one was one of the only ones (after trying a gazillion) to work for me.

My first impression was lukewarm, as I felt it was too sweet & too vanillaey. A few days later I tried it again and loved it!!!On 2nd sniff it was a lovely green but warm scent. I also feel it doesn't last long on me,nevertheless will repurchase.It has a very unique mix that I've not found in any other fragrance.

Omg!! I first smelled this new scent while traveling out of the country. So soon as I got home I knew I had to order it but when I came to Sephora they did not have it so I waited a few weeks and checked back and there it was. This scent is amazing very light and feminine. And it's a new scent perfect for summer.
