THESSE TYPES OF THINGS CRACK HEELS. I SEE IT ALL THE TIME, I WORK AT A SPA DOING MANICURES AND PEDICURES AND THESE TYPES OF THINGS ARE ALWAYS THE SOURCE OF THE PROBLEM. I RECCOMEND USING A FOOT FILE/FOOT BUFFER. SOMETHING THAT GRADUALLY SLOUGHS THE SKIN OFF. EVEN TRY A BODY SCRUB AND CONCENTRATE ON THE HEELS OF CALLUSED AREAS. MAKE SURE TO MOISTURIZE!!! ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT WITH A SOCK FOR BEST RESULTS!

This does nothing. The razor's edge doesn't touch your skin at all it's just a smooth piece of metal. I saw the vid for changing the blade but why would I need to change it if I can't get any use out of it. I don't get it. Really annoyed with this product and Sephora....

Quick Take: easy to use
Works great once you get the hang of it.. horrible instructions though.. i ended up having to look up how to use/change the blade.. posted the video below.. just forward to 1:53..

Quick Take: fast, easy, amazing, simple to use
Like the title says, this thing is straight up magical. I wasn't expecting amazing, just because I've been trying out all kinds of new products in general...and have not had great luck. This was a fantastic exception! I've had callouses forever (yeah, I was the kid playing outside with no shoes), and I've always been a little self conscious about it. But this thing shaved them off in a matter of minutes. PLEASE buy, because you will be so happy with it! :]
