Quick Take: lightweight, absorbs quickly, softening, face and booty cream, wake up glowing
I've tried a few expensive night creams, and nothing compares to this one. A little goes a long way, and I can't imagine life without it. I use it on any area of my body that has thick, rough skin and it transforms it. I highly recommend trying it on your bottom! My skin is the softest it ever has been.

Quick Take: intensive, thick, creamy, effective, a life-saver
I purchased this approximately three weeks ago after a major skincare overhaul. While at Sephora I went ahead and purchased other Murad products in conjunction with the "Green" line--as in the cleanser and daily sheer luster moisturizer. I previously used Murad's "Blue" line for my adult acne for years and then one day it stopped working it's magic and exacerbated the problems it had once combated. Oh the joys of aging. Fast forward to the new purchase...thus far I am really pleased with this. It normally takes thirty days for a full cellular turnover, so I always make sure to keep a product for that amount of time to really see if it works for me. It's almost been thirty days, but I can really see a difference in my skin (finally!) It's more supple, hydrated but not overly oily, my acne scarring has faded a bit, and my skin glows. Not to mention the significant decrease in acne and blackheads I've noticed. And without all that junk in my pores, they actually appear smaller. The wonderful part about this product is that I started using it during "shark week" <---my code name for that time of month. And during "shark week" my skin almost always goes from bad to worse overnight. This actually helped combat the hormonal acne that popped up during that week too. Amazing! This product is really rich, creamy and wonderful. It's very hydrating and thick. I use a pearl sized amount and that is more than enough to cover my face and neck. It goes on a little "greasy" but absorbs after a couple of minutes. I always wake up with dewy (in a good way), glowing skin. My husband has even commented on how youthful and clear my skin looks. I've also received compliments from friends, family and one passer by at my local Smokey Bones restaurant. So if I can notice and other people notice a change then I am sold. I'll pay the $75 every time I need to re-purchase. And like I mentioned, a little goes a very long way. So give it a try, and make sure to stick with it for at least 30 days before returning it so your skin can go through a full cellular turnover. We all know Sephora's return policy is AMAZING. So you really have nothing to lose.

Firms the skin, but a bit oily/heavy

This product DID make my skin very firm and even worked to help my undereye area. However, my skin still feels oily even after washing it off. This cream is very heavy. If you're ok with that - this can be a "miracle" cream!

I'd heard good things about Murad, but this cream made my skin burn. I wonder if it's the parabens. Ick. It also clogged my pores like nothing I've ever used before - a few hours after I put it on, I looked in the mirror and saw huge, discolored pores all over my cheeks, chin and nose. Hideous.

I received a sample of this with a purchase and have been using it about a month. I usually don't use moisturizer at night, though after a colossal break-out from a run-in with other products that didn't agree with my skin, I totally changed up my skin routine. After two months, my skin looks better than it did before my big break-out. This lotion is part of that improvement, but hard to say how much since I started using almost all new products. This does go on a bit heavy and greasy for my taste, which did worry me since I have combo skin. However, in the morning, my skin is soft, clear, even, and bright. I try not to put too much on the areas of my face that tend to get oilier (t-zone) and that helps minimize break-outs. Not sure if others have noticed this, but right after I put this on, I tend to notice lots of blackheads that weren't there before...almost like the lotion brings them out. If I resist messing with them, they are gone in the morning. Also, my lotion smells pretty good (almost citrusy), so not sure about the smell issues that others have encountered. I still have almost the whole sample tube left and I just received another one from another purchase….so a little goes a long way. Not 100% sure if I will buy the full product when my samples run out, I might try to find something a little lighter, but this is definitely a good contender.

While I haven't actually tried the product, I was interested after seeing an infomercial and reading the reviews. I was shocked to see they leave out many of the bad chemicals that we have all learned about, however the products still contain parabens! No thank you.

I purchased this as part of a trial sized kit on January 1. I'm still using that trial size and so far love it. I have mildly dry skin which sometimes turns greasy (but don't have oily skin). For the past several years I have not used any moisturizer other than California Baby Everyday lotion because my skin tends to react and break out. After using this for about 21 days, I have noticed a decrease in breakout and this cream does not seem to cause them. I do feel it on my face for a while after I apply it but once it's on for a few minutes my skin feels perfectly moisturized and really soft. I've also noticed since using my kit that my skin has a nicer texture and is not looking as lifeless as it was.

This is one of the best creams out there. I have tried many expensive creams since turning 40. None work as well as this one. It really does help the breakouts and the dry patches of hormonal aging! Amorepacific is also awesome as well!

I like a heavy moisterizer overnight and this is just that. It is definitely greasy. In the morning, my skin is nice and soft. Other reviewers commented on the scent. I like it - sort of citrusy to me.

Quick Take: stinky!
I loved this product when I used to order it straight from Murad in a package deal. They sent it every month. Finally I cancelled the shipments because I wasn't using them as quickly as they were coming. This night cream was the one I used the most. Strangely, The tube I purchased at Sephora smells like fish! When I got it from Murad, it didn't smell like this. Very unpleasant!

I don't use face creams (they make me break out), but at 43, I certainly need one. I purchased this after receiving a sample and I love how moisturized I feel! No break outs and I look brighter overall. I have oily skin and wrinkles around the eyes, and this cream seems to balance everything out. Love it so far.

Gentle yet effective lotion for sensitive skin

I have really sensitive skin and almost all of my face products are Murad. I love this lotion's light scent and feel. It is creamy yet light and absorbs quickly and well. It does not clog my pores which I have a problem with usually. For anyone with sensitive fair skin who hates the stinging of most lotions this is the one for you. I use it day and night. It's expensive but worth it if you can use it sparingly.
