I use this as a highlighter for my cheekbones. i used it bedore i put on my foundation. so far i love it! i got the pearl, at first i though in will be to white but once i mix it with my foundation its perfect.

I absolutely love what it does to my face...exactly the glow i was trying to achieve with other similar products! I got it in Pearl. You need just a little; the bottle with last me long.

love it, love it, love it!!!!! very beautiful with just perfect light shimmering look. got many compliments when I have it on. A little goes a long way, This bottle will last forever, well worth the price.

I'm olive skinned and love my luminizers. This is a great one, I put on over bare minerals primer and before bare minerals foundation. A very nice golden color perks through. One of my favorites

Lorac Oil-Free Luminizer gives skin a VERY subtle, natural radiance/sheen. I love that it's oil-free and that it doesn't look "obvious". If you're going for a very natural radiance, this is brilliant.

Quick Take: highlighter, smooth application
I enjoyed experimenting with the LORAC luminizer in Pearl. I used it primarily as a highlighter on browbones, cheekbones, inner eye, and cupid's bow. It goes on smoothly, and the liquid formula allowed me to apply fine details (unlike powder eyeshadow, for example).
In the end, however, I decided to return it. The bright white was a bit too dramatic for every day wear. I may have chosen the wrong color for my olive skin tone. Still looking.

Quick Take: illuminating glowing
This product is the bomb! If you want angelic illumination, this product is for you! It really does brighten the face and gives a beautiful glow. I'm thrilled to pieces. I get lots of compliments on how good my skin looks! It is no t greasy, can be applied alone or with foundation, great on cheek bones and any area you wish to highlight. Love it! I use the silver one because I have fair skin tone.

I prefer using powder luminizer over this liquid one...I would suggest mixing with foundation...speically if you have medium color skin tone....wearing it alone will make your face look pale...

i got this in L2 as a highlighter and it looks amazing on my olive skin. really accentuates my features without looking obvious.
i only gave it 4 stars because i can't control how much it dispenses and i end up with wasted product :(

I'm a HUGE fan of the tantalizer body makeup/bronzers. I purchased the tan one of these and what I can say is that the color is very similar to the tantalizer. It is thinner and just a hint more orange.
I did not like it, I'd prefer to mix tantalizer with my face lotion since the colors are so similar. But this is a tad too orange. I cannot see using this without mixing it with a lotion.
To the reviewer beneath mine about people not using it right - people shouldn't have to mix this with lotion. That isn't in the instructions. But it is common to mix a luminizer with lotion - it shouldn't be a requirement in order to use a product.
I will return this, and perhaps try the opalescent one rather than the tan, next time.
But for now, I'll just mix tantalizer with lotion to get the intended effect.
To those that said that there was more on their hand than there face ? You aren't applying it correctly. This is NOT a foundation, this is a lumizer, an dis meant as a highlighter and not a thick foundation. Read what the product is before giving negative, baseless reviews.

I have had this product for a year and a half and I LOVE it!! I wrote what I did in the title because the only way I can see not being thrilled with this product is if you applied it incorrectly. I mix it with my tinted moisturizer and then apply and it softens my wrinkles and I have a dewy glow on my skin; I am 52 and grew up in California (i.e. lots of wrinkles!) so this has been great...buying another now!

Returned. There was more shine on my hands than on my face after applying. Didn't do what I was hoping for - I was looking for more of a "dewey" sheen, but didn't get it.

I absolutely love this product, it is a great bronzer for anyone. It is very similar to the Lorac Tantilizer, that I already own so I was upset about having both. However, the Oil-Free Luminizer is thinner and has a beautiful color to it. It's not orange like some bronzers are. I highly recommend it.

I would not mix a little with your foundation unless you are a 12 yr old with perfect skin. It made me see wrinkles that I don't even have normally. It does work good on its own if you pat it on on top of your cheekbones. I bought the pearl one.

I tried both L1 and L2 and thought both colors suited my light skin fine and are both very pretty. For the darker shade, L2, I used very little of it mixed in with my foundation or just dabbed on my cheeks, forehead and chin lightly for a little luminosity. Since they are oil-free they can look dry which I didn't like and it also made it somewhat hard to blend. Took them back and will continue on my search for a luminizer.

Had such high hopes for this luminizer. It was glittery and I hate glitter. The color was way to dark - looked like a bronzer (I'm NC 25). This prioduct is going back.
