My husband and I have been using the L'Occitane hand cream for quite some time, we live in Arizona and this is the best stuff. I decided to get the lavender one just to try this time and it is every bit as good as the unsented on and it smells like fresh lavender flowers. I love it.

I absolutely love this Lavender hand cream. It's so great at healing dry hands, it never leaves your hands sticky, always soft. I keep it under my pillow to use it every night before bed. It smells great too!

as per the title, deeply moisturizing. and it smells deliciously soft, just like lavenders ought. i'm in medicine and i wash my hands compulsively - as one ought - but this is just the thing for hands that undoubtedly become parched within 2 hours at work.

Cannot go wrong with this hand cream. It works and works well. I like both scents. This is lavender but not overpowering. This cream doesn't leave you hand oily or sticky. Just a nice envelope of protection.

one of the best lotions on the market! love the fragrance, and have to admit that my co-workers have commented on how well it works. i'm a nurse, so my hands take a beating. we all love this stuff, and a little really goes a long way.

smells nice, but you should smell it yourself before you buy. it does moisturize well. i like it because it is not greasy or sticky after application that you cannot touch things. it absorbs into the skin quickly. it is not really like a thick cream, like the normal hand cream, but more of a lotion consistency. container is nice, but does get lots of dents when its in my bag. also since it is a metal tube, be careful how much it gets squeezed, and do not squeeze from the bottom, it might start oozing out more than you want. wish it was cheaper, that is why i gave it 4 stars.

I got the small size for my purse. It smells great (lavender) and it really makes your hands smooth. I wash my hands a lot, and use sanitizer, and somedays they feel so raw. This lotion is soothing.

I bought this because I love to use the shea butter hand cream before bed, I think it's the best hand cream ever, and I thought the lavender scent might help me sleep. I haven't slept a full night in three months, and I don't know if it's a coincidence, but since I've been using this, I've been sleeping great! It isn't as great a hand cream as the shea butter, but I just use that in the mornings now instead. I'd recommend this if you are specifically looking for a lavender-scented cream, otherwise I would say to go with the shea butter cream.

If you're looking for a true lavender lotion, this is the one for you. It's a little strong for me, but as noted is a lightweight hand cream. I also wish it were a bit heavier, so for me it's better for summer rather than winter.
