GREAT for sensitive eyes & brightening, less puffy

First of all, I'm surprised this isn't rated higher. I used L'Occitane Divine Eyes for a bit and didn't find it did too do much for me. I stopped using any eye cream and just stuck to my daily face cream for awhile, until I wanted an eye cream again,... I tried using Perricone MD and wasn't happy with the result at all. I have sensitive eyes and Perricone MD made my skin burn. I decided after that experience to go back to L'Occitane (since I use them for all my other face products) and use the Immortelle Eye Balm. I LOVE IT. I wouldn't skip a morning or night. I literally look more awake after I use this cream and can feel it plumping up my skin after I put it on. I may go back to the L'Occitane Divine Eyes in a few years, but for now I think this works better (and happens to be cheaper as a perk). Highly recommend.

I think it's a little too creamy, should be more like a balm like it's supposed to be. You don't get much product for the money and since it's a cream it won't last very long. The fragrance is a light floral.

This is the only eye balm that I trust . I have tried other high end and drugstore brands but I keep going back to this. You don't need much and it is sure to shrink the puffiness and tired look from an all-nighter.

I ordered this in a neverending quest to find something to replace the $250 LaM*** eye cream I've been using for 20+ years, so, sure, I have high expectations. But this *flakes like crazy* under makeup and concealer, nomatter how I try to use it. Still looking.

I've been using this on and off for at least 5 years now. Sometimes I decide to change my eye cream, but I always come back to this one - the best!!! it's not oily, absorbs well, and it works miracles on the lines around my eyes.

This eye cream is wonderful! Smooth and creamy and seems to have reduced my dark circles and my go to product for puffiness. I can even put it on late in the day without smudging my makeup.

I bought this full sized product after receiving a very small sample from Sephora. I LOVED the sample and immediately purchased the full size. After using it religiously (every morning and every night) for over two weeks, I can only say that it made my eyes worse. I am not sure if I am allergic to something in this balm or what, but my eyes continually got worse. I have stopped using it for a few days and the puffiness is completely gone and the dark circles are nearly gone. I would not recommend this to anyone, which is a shame because I love this brand.

Unfortunately Sephora does not sell this cream in Canada, but I bought it from another store.
The cream is almost rich, but is easily absorbed. I use it after a retinol cream that is quite dry. L'Occitane cream feels really moisturizing. I have no dark circles, neither puffiness, so I can not talk about this. The fine wrinkles are softened up, but I guess the retinal cream has its contribution too.
I'm still looking for a richer cream though. I also bought the make up remover from L'Occitane, but I did not really like it, and it smells a little ...rancid. Maybe it was not stored appropriately.
Shame to Sephora for not selling this cream in Canada!

I received a sample of this and was not impressed at all. It didn't moisturize, depuff, or help my dark circles at all. I found it to be the opposite-very drying. It dried fast and left my undereyes looking like there was a smear of shiny dried glue underneath them, it made my eyes look worse, not better. Will definately never purchase this product.

This eye cream is moist. Better than most on the market right now. I would highly recomend this cream for anyone in need of more moisture with out excess oil sitting on the surface of the skin, or clogging pores.

This eye balm doesn't irritate and is soothing and moisturizing. However, I've been using it for 3 months and have not seen any anit-aging benefits at all. I was really hoping for something to diminsh fine lines and this one just doesn't seem to help.

This is truly the only eye cream that I have ever tried that really helps with dark circles ! I have tried much more expensive creams, but this is by far the best. It is also very emollient which I love as I have dry skin. The price point is very reasonable which is also nice,

I have used this cream in the past and stopped due to the price. Used on a daily basis over a period of time the undereye area begins to look more attractive and have less dark. I would continue to use this product.
