I was using a regular pencil sharpener and could not for the life of me get my eye pencils to sharpen without breaking off the entire exposed tip. This makeup sharpener does the trick because it's not an enclosed cone shape, so your soft liner core doesn't get all gunked up and stuck. I only wish I had bought this before I had whittled my pencils down to their stubs! I want to get one for everyone I know.

Quick Take: efficient, user-friendly
Gives a pretty good and, more importantly, EVEN sharpening for slim pencils. Gone are the days where my eyeliner is only sharpened on one side. Huzzah! $3 well spent.

I absolutely love my new lip and brow sharpener, It is very sleek and elegant. And my pencils come out smooth with a sharp point.wich is very important when I am trying for a straight look.

The price is reasonable, it is good to use, convenient, but after each time of sharpening the soft eyeliner, I have to clean the blade otherwise it will break the eyeliner.

Quick Take: excellent, inexpensive, compact, easy to use
I needed a new sharpener and found this one for really cheap. I thought I would try it and was pleasantly surprised. It works fantastically. I also like thsi product because there is a case surrounding it, so that the pencil shavings do not go everywhere.

This product does what it should, sharpen my eye liners. It lasts a while, as it should. I love the small pouch it comes in, so it doesn't get lost too easily and stays cleaner this way.

Not big enough

I bought this sharpener specifically for my nano eyeliner and it does not fit. The hole is too small for the pencil. This sharpener is being sold next to the eyeliner and the salesperson was confident that it would fit but it didn't.

The slim pencil sharpener is perfect it's small enough to carry with the nano eyeliner in my small makeup bag. At 3.00 it was well worth the price!!

it is what it is. i hate the fact that I have to buy a sephora sharpener to use sephora pencils (last time i used a drug store one it chewed up the pencil). but seriously theres not much you can expect - its a sharpener
