I bought this for my teenafer, who has naturally dark lashes to begin with. I was able to convince her she didn't need to use dark mascara, just something to define her lashes a tad. She's liking it, no complaints of her eyes burning (sensitive eyes and sometimes reacts to eye products) and she loves not getting "raccoon eyes" during sports & swimming as she's not wearing black mascara. If it continues to hold up and do well for her, I'll be reordering this for sure.

Quick Take: long lasting, natural
I've used this product for years, and am very happy with it. I usually like to switch things up with makeup and rarely buy the same product twice, but I have purchased this eyebrow mascara over and over for years. It keeps my eyebrows looking groomed.
In terms of the reviews that says that it flakes, I find that this happens to me only when I put too much on. If I do apply too much, I use a clean spoolie wand or eyebrow brush to wipe off excess.
Someone else mentioned that they have long eyebrows and that this does not work for them. When that happens to me, if I trim my eyebrows the product works again.

keeps the eyebrows in place and shaped. not chunky at all when it comes out of the bottle. didn't notice much difference with the eyelashes though

Quick Take: water resistant
Being south asian, I've got SUPER thick and long brows. I need something that can really hold them in place. This product did just that... BUT!
It was so stiff, and it even felt weird to raise my brows. It also flaked... bad. I looked like I had eyebrow dandruff, seriously.
Pretty disappointed with this one, sephora.
Maybe it'd work better on someone with lighter colored hair...

Keeps the brows tamed!

Received this product yesterday, and the bottle DOES have an opening which "squeezes" the brush to remove some product as the brush is removed. I found the amount remaining on the brush perfect to lightly coat brows as I ran it through my brows (which are thick but waxed and thinned). Perhaps there was a quality issue with the bottles recently?
Anyway, first time using a brow gel. A simple but great product. As I've tamed the brows, I note it really completes my look, and makes my eyes pop. The gel dried quickly, and kept things almost like a light hairspray.

Gel itself is fine. The applicator is terrible. You know how mascara excess is wiped off coming out of the bottle? That's what this needs. I spend most of the time scraping the product back into the bottle, losing half of it in the process.

If I could give this no stars I would.. I returned it, couldn't even use it! I bought it to tame my eyebrows and it didn't have a good enough stopper at the top of the bottle to get all the excess off of the brush, it just came out in globs!

I have long bangs that perpetually mess up my eyebrows, so I bought this hoping to keep my brows in place despite my hair. Maybe I am not putting enough on, but it isn't working very well. I will keep trying until I run out, but if it doesn't get any better, I will try another product.

I walked into Sephora looking for the Anastasia brow gel, which I've used for years. The sales lady said she was running low but showed me this Sephora natural mascara as an alternative. I was a little skeptical because I've been an Anastasia brow gel loyal forever... but for only $10, why not?? Went home, tried it and i LOVE IT! It works just as well (maybe even better) than Anastasia's and it's $12 cheaper! I'll definitely be using this from now on. Never tried it as a mascara though, but it works superbly as a brow gel.

Quick Take: lengthening, defining, volumizing
Although I'm not completely sold, I would rather use this than mascara. As I've gotten older it seems like by the end of the day there's more black under my eye than on my lashes.
As an alternative, I curl my lashes and use this clear mascara. It really does define my lashes and there is not a black smudge to be seen, but I find it a big thick and gooey.

I think that this product is very good at volumizing the lashes and extending them. The only concern I have is the flakes. They leave dandruff-like flashes on your eyelashes and I wasn't to thrilled about that. Overall its an okay product.
