The instructions say to soap up and rinse off, but I find this works much better on soaped up skin and it definitely feels different on areas with more cellulite. I diet and work out, focusing on my legs and it wasn't getting rid of that layer of cellulite on the back of my thighs. So far I've seen maybe a 40% improvement. I'm going to continue using this product.

Quick Take: an easy way to keep skin taut
I like it - I noticed pretty immediate results once I read how to use it online here. Don't use on dry skin unless you lotion up (although the lotion might be hard to get off the slimulator). Nubs have started to wear slightly, but I use it almost daily.

Quick Take: a great find!, a big help, easy to use in the shower
Ladies, this thing really does something for your legs. II have a good amount of cellulite on the front and backs of my legs. Not thrilled about that to say the least so I am always searching for a "cure". I have been using the slimulator in conjunction with the serious cellulite seaweed soap in a very warm shower every evening and I can actually see and feel the difference. It's been about two weeks now. I find it easier to go in an up and down motion rather than circular but that's just me. I also use the Fat Girl Sleep cream and am loving the results I'm seeing.

This works as long as you do keep doing it. Instead of circular motions i go in a upward motion over and over again, it works better.

I use this baby when I wash and when I put on my anti flab lotion. it helps stimulate the cells in your problemm areas and it REALLY does help!!

I have to say that i have been using a different one before..so the work has been almost done..what i like about this one, is the handler...is not going to fall apart easily....and i don't use it in the shower...because i'm a busy mom....sometimes i use it after shower with my anti cellulite cream or before bed...i just lay down and do as much massage as i can....i still have have some cellulite in my upper thighs..so i focuse more on that area....hopefuly i 'll see results too....

Absolutely works! I have been using it for a little over a month now and can see a noticable difference. I use it everytime I shower, and pair it with the fatgirlslim. Along with exercising my legs are definitely smoother! Love it.

Quick Take: not really useful, massaging with your knuckles has a better result
It says it is a massager, but it's too soft... couldn't really get a glide without the bristle all bending on one side, but the bliss creme is an awesome product.
