Quick Take: a special treat/purchase
Love Cashmere Mist by Donna Karan. This was a replacement as I used up the first bottle. It makes you feel pretty and people comment all the time, "what fragrance are you wearing". That makes me smile.

i ADORE this fragrance! everytime i put it on a smile comes to my face. it has a soft powdery musky scent that i just can't put into words... when i wear it i feel very elegant, even tho i may pair it with a pair of jeans and a t-shirt lol!

This is my new favorite scent. Was a huge fan of Pure Poison but when they change the formular that I now hate I needed to find a new fragrance. It is light and to make it last all day I apply after dressing. I get compliments everyday with people asking me what I am wearing. Both men and women like it.

This scent is different. It's like nothing I've ever smelled before. A little definitely goes a long ways. It literally lives up to the description when it says "it seduces the senses. I love lightly misting this on while still wet from a bath/shower.

I have so many perfumes, chanel, dior.. many of them and this is the only bottle of perfume that i go thru.

It goes great with the deodorant cashmere mist.
I hope they never stop making this one.
Another plus is that it is not as known as all the other perfumes out there, so you can smell amazing, and unique!

Quick Take: reusable, allergy friendly
I finally found a petal soft huggable fragrance that I will no doubt call my new signature fragrance! I am allergic to most colognes because of the strong "coming or going" affect, sneezing and headaches. This fragrance was a surprising. Thanks Donna Karan!

Quick Take: soft, warm, glowing
I remember the day I opened up a magazine and smelled Cashmere Mist for the first time as a 12-year old. I knew it was the fragrance for me and I've been wearing it ever since I convinced my parents to buy it for me. It's soft and warm and when I smell it on my scarves, the fragrance almost makes them feel warm to me. 18 years later and I have tired of it. People tell me when they give me a hug that I smell good or smell "like me," since it just works perfectly with my body chemistry. My father is a perfumer so I grew up around fragrance and I know when something really smells good.

Old ladies meets bathroom sanitizer

I adore black cashmere, so I was surprised at how horrid this scent is. Smells like old lady's talcum powder mixed with industrial bathroom sanitizer. Gave me a headache and I actually felt a little nauseated by it after wearing it awhile (and judging by other reviews I am not the only one to have a reaction like this).

Have worn this for years now as my "soft enough for every day - wear to work" scent. It is both floral and musky and mysterious yet subtle. The notes are amaaaaaaazing!! The only thing I would change if I could is its staying power. It does fade very quickly....and layering with other same fragrance products gets expensive.

This afternoon I found a sample of Cashmere Mist in the Oprah magazine, you know those pull apart pages? Well I rubbed my wrist on it and fell in love, so I placed an order. I have used TOVA for eeons, but she quit manufacturing it a few yrs ago and I was heart broken. I haven't found another scent I loved, until now. I'm hoping to be using it for years.

I've been wearing Donna Karan's Cashmere Mist for five years. I have no clue what "cashmere against bare skin" (as the description says) feels like, but I do know what a soft sweet kiss feels like...and that's what this eau de toilette reminds me of! It's light, but it lasts. Halfway through my day, I can sniff my wrist...and the heady scent is still there. It is not overwhelming...just a steady and sophisticated scent. If you've not tried it, I promise you...you will not be disappointed!

I had not been able to wear perfume for 40 years due to my husbands allergies. One day we had gone shopping and we were next to the perfume counter and it was my birthday. My husband asked me if I wanted to try any of the fragrances. I was afraid to, but I tried Cashmere. He had no sneezes or red watery eyes. I now have worn it daily and love the soft smell, it makes me feel so feminine.

I first discovered this fragrance in a magazine(forgot which one) and I instantly fell in love with the smell! Then I asked for it for Chirstmas and I freaked out when I got it! I wear it ALL the time now-My main message is that you should totally buy this fragrance because it is worth the money and smells GREAT!
