I am in my 4th month of growing out my nails after 15 years of acrylics. They aren't long enough to get an actual french manicure. This pencil is the solution! VERY easy to use: my nails look manicured. With some clear polish on top, it looks like I just had them professionally done. You do have to rub off the outermost layer, but I did that on a paper towel, and it worked great. Once I did a couple of layers under my nails, I washed and the excess residue came right off while the white stayed. Highly recommend!

Works well to whiten the tip of nail, not significantly better than other products of the same type. I do like that the cap can be used to clean under nails and doesn't tend to fall off the pencil or split.

It evens the color of my nail tips... if my tips were completely white naturally, this product would be great at enhancing that... It does wash off in the shower or when u wash your hands, however, I carry it in my purse and reapply- takes 2 seconds. I would buy it again though since it does even out the color and lightens slightly.

I love the brightening effect this pencil has when I'm not wearing polish. When I first used it, the outside of the pencil was a little dry, but if you wear it past the first layer then it is really soft and applies easily. When you apply it does get on your fingertips, but that part wears off and what's on your nails is what stays.

the whitening pencil is great! it's easy to use and not messy at all. i used to use another brand that required you to run the pencil under water and then use it on your nails--this one doesn't. it's also very affordable.

Quick Take: nail whitening product
I am too much of a spaz to even use the white marker type thing to draw on a french manicure, but this pencil keeps the whites of your nails white and natural looking. This does not disappoint and you need zero talent to use.

I love how you can use the tip of the lid to get in between the nails & to push the cuticle when needed. I like to use the pencil under the nail for a natural look. For a french manicure look, i use the pencil on my nails & apply a clear coat to prevent the shading from rubbing off.

I use this nearly every day to whiten the whites of my nails. It looks great, like I have a permanent French manicure. It only gets four stars because sometimes it doesn't go on very well or chunks off under the nail.
