Its been a month since I purchased this from Sephora,
and so far I like the results, it really helps to prevent blemish and acne or pimple popping out on my chest and back and it makes it dry quickly. I do have a sensitive skin, and I used the body spray as well really works well for me, I definitely repurchased it.

Doesn't work

I bought this a few time hoping to see results with persistence, but this does not work for me. My body acne breakouts can be severe, so maybe it's better for mild acne. I have found that clay-based products work much better than this.

I've being using the murad line for about the last 3 months. I have mild face acne with very stubborn body acne. I have tried EVERYTHING to get clear skin. From very expensive products to natural remedies. All have been a complete plan fail. I also have very sensitive skin so sometimes when something would fail I would also get a reaction to it. This stuff has cleared up almost all body acne in the last 12 weeks. I also take murad supplements. Although both are very expensive in my opinion. My skin is at least 85% better and that's worth it to me.

I can't rant and rave enough about Murad. Every one of their products I've tried has exceeded my expectations. I've been a Murad user for a couple of years (on my face) and just recently within this last year started using their body products and they work just as well as their face products do.
I use the Murad Acne Body Wash prior to Murad's Clarifying Body Spray and I haven't had any breakouts at all in the last 6 months. I started to see results within the first week of use, and within a month I was completely acne-free on my back and chest. 6 months later...I'm still acne free. Murad has saved my skin from head to toe and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Murad. It just works as promised, plain and simple.

I bought this product for my daughter who suffers with regular breakouts on her back. The Sales asst suggested she use it every other days because the ingredients are strong. She has been using it for a week and has had great results so far.

Quick Take: exfoliating
Almost done with my first bottle and I will definitely be buying again. I was getting a lot of small red blemished on my chest area. This made a huge difference and now I can wear V-necks without feeling self conscious.

I started getting acne on my back and chest. I have tried other cheaper brands that can be found at the grocery store with no result. I suppose that was why I was willing to spend this much money for a body wash.
After using it (in conjunction with the clarifying body spray) I have noticed my current acne disappearing as well as new acne popping up less and less. I use it every day (but only on affected areas) and did notice a little drying but not anything a little moisturizer could not handle.
My only complaint would be the price. I have tried to extend the product as mentioned earlier by only using a little bit for the acne areas. So far it seems it will last a long while and when I run out, I will purchase again.

I suffer from bacne and it is terribly embarrassing at my age. I was browsing Sephora.com and came across this product. I read the reviews and the next day I purchased it...even though it was pricey. (I also purchased the body spray) I have used it for 2 weeks everyday with my Clarisonic Plus and I have noticed a HUGE difference and I think I continue to use these 2 products, it's just a matter of time before I'm clear. It is worth every penny!!!

I love the Murad Acne line. A couple of years ago, I developed "bacne", out of nowhere. Never had that problem before. I started using the Murad clarifying spray (for acne) which is awesome. But I recently purchased the Clarisonic Plus with the body brush and needed a good cleanser. So I started using the Acne Body wash with it and it has helped tremendously.

i bought this because my regular body wash by peter thomas roth was discontinued. i like the exfoliating quality of this wash, it's gentle and mild feeling -- but it works! no acne on my body since i've started using it. i also love the way it soaps up to a nice lather so i know it's working!
i think murad make great products, and this is no exception

In the summers I usually get pretty bad bacne. Before talking to my dermatologist I decided to try this, but I wasn't really pleased with the results. I didn't feel like it was strong enough, and didn't see noticeable change by the time the bottle was empty. My dermatologist suggested I try PanOxyl instead and it worked so much better.

I don't know why this works so well when their facial care wreaked havoc on my skin, but it does. It's absolutely amazing. A couple year ago, my back started breaking out badly. I had NEVER had acne before, but it was awful. I tried everything, but nothing worked. I resorted to avoiding tank tops in the summer, opting for sleeveless dresses that had a high back and tee shirts. That was until I tried this. After a couple of weeks, my back was CLEAR. And I mean really, genuinely, CLEAR. I use it with a back brush every morning. I apply their body spray morning and night, and voila! No more breakouts. None. Would recommend the combo to anyone.

Quick Take: rich lather, refreshing
For years, I was getting regular breakouts on my shoulders, chest and back. Couldn't find any product to get rid of it. A few months ago, I decided to try it while standing in a NYC Sephora store. Thought it was mega pricey at $40, but why not?
Success!
I use it once a day in the shower, and I don't get breakouts so often. (Great, since I can now wear bikinis without worrying how my back looks.)

I was having a massive attack of acne on my chest, arms, and back. This stuff paired with the Murad clarifying body spray did the trick. Within about 5 days the acne was gone! I will definitely keep this and the spray on hand for future breakouts that may pop up.

Quick Take: light exfoliant
I bought this after the sales clerk at my local Sephora swore that this was the go to for body acne. I've had it for one month and use it daily. I have seen no improvement at all. I'm not sure what would make this set apart from the other acne body washes out there considering it has the same ingredients as all the others. I had hoped for better results with this hefty price tag.

I love this product. I've used Neutrogena Body wash for years but had consistent problems with acne on my shoulders and back that nothing worked for. Within one week of using this product my skin felt smoother and since i have used it (2 months now with no plans to stop) I have gone from "oh man my wedding dress is going to look awful with back breakouts" to "I look awesome!" Seriously I bought this on a whim as a last ditch effort to have clear skin on my wedding day and it was the best thing I've ever done! I feel so fresh and clean, doesn't dry my skin at all, just fresh acne free skin.

This is the BEST PRODCUCT AVAILABLE for teenage and adult ACNE.
Use it as a face wash to clear up skin.
I put it in small bottle with small opening, and use a dime size for face wash. Far superior to ProActive! I am 50 years old, struggled with acne since a teen, and tried everything else. THIS WORKS. My daughter and teen age neices love it!
