Pure elegance in its most natural state - 09.02.09

Quick Take: elegant, feminine, sophisticated

Stella McCartney's signature perfume is epitome of elegance. With ingredients such as Bulgarian Rose and warm Amber, it can be worn on joyous occasions, red carpets and any other event that demands you look your most formal. It can also be worn in an office, when you ditch your silk dress for business attire. The scent is not too soft, nor too strong, a perfect combination of rose and dark amber. It is both a day and evening scent and will truly capture the attention of many.

This is one of the best rose based scents in a long time.

Quick Take: ok

I love the EDP of stella but I think that this parfum does not live up to the expectations I had. It does not smell much like anything to me. Seemed almost like water, and the perfume bottle box came open in shipping because it was not sealed. So I had a $110.00 bottle of parfume floating around in the mailing box, thank goodness it did not come open! I had to return this parfume, it was not what I expected, and I want to know why the parfume box itself was not sealed. I will stick to the Stella rollerball which is the BEST SMELL EVER!!!

A Sensual Treat - 09.11.08

Quick Take: drop dead romantic, a classic all around

I bought two of these. One for the bath and one to keep like a little jewel by my computer. Its better than just a coffee break. The bottle is beautiful to look at and the scent is habit forming. The glass rod applicator is drop dead romantic.
