Quick Take: long wearing, great definition and high pigmented
This is my first liquid eyeliner. And I have to say I love it. It goes on smoothly, high pigmented and stays on all day. i have to disagree with the previous reviewer regarding eye pencils being easier for first time liner users. This gives you more precision with the thin tip and it glides on making it easy to draw a straight line. Use short lines across your lid then connect them. Very easy. I can never get this with a pencil and it always smudged and never was defined. I bought the navy - brightens any eye color -a bit expensive but you get what you pay for. Love love love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I thought I had found my soulmate in Stila's Stay All Day® Waterproof Liquid Eye Liner. For nearly the past year, it was the best eyeliner I had ever used... until I came across Lancome ARTLINER. The staying power on this eyeliner is absolutely amazing! I put it on at 6:00 AM before I go to work and by 9:00 PM, it still hasn't budged! Removal is a cinch; warm water and my regular facial cleanser do the trick. This may not be the best option for first- time eyeliner users, as the pen can be a little tricky to handle. For eyeliner virgins, I would recommend sticking with a pencil. But once you've gotten the hang of that, I recommend that you (and everyone else) switch to Lancome ARTLINER!

Quick Take: long wearing, no bad smell, doesn't get chunky
I am totally in love with this eye liner. After the first time I applied it, I immediately order another one online for spare.
It glides easily and does not have a strong chemical smell like Urban Decay. Urban Decay is not bad too, but I don't think I would go back to it.
This Lancome eye liner has a very beautiful black color and stays on for a very long time even though it IS NOT waterproof. I have semi oily eye lids and this works perfectly fine!! (Of course, don't rub your eye)

I have ALWAYS had trouble putting on eyeliner, but this one seems to go on with ease. I got the color Ice Black and it's perfect for people who want to wear eyeliner, but don't want it to be very shocking or dramatic. It's a bit pricey, but definitely worth it. :)

Wonderful Control of this eyeliner

It has been Years since I bought his eyeliner. Trying to find a burgundy color brought me back. The applicator is wonderful for thin or thick lines and the wear is exceptional! It's everything I remember but with a little less "Bling" than most of the liquid liners I have.

I use only the Ice Black. I love it so much. It enhances any color eyes. Easy to use. Even a novice with liquid eye liners can manage a straight perfect line. Stays on. I've been using this product for over 7 years and have nothing but praise for it.

I absolutely love this eye liner! It glides on perfectly, stays throughout the day, and it has a perfect deep color. I own Noir and Aubergine. It has great staying power and comes off easily when you want it to come off. It's a little on the pricey side, but it lasts and lasts. I have not found an eye liner that is so easy to use. I love the felt tip as it allows me to do my eyes with ease.

Quick Take: long wearing, highly pigmented, light reflecting
Credibility needs to be given to the person who decided on producing the color "Ice Black". Ice Black is glistening in pigmentation and reflects very, very fine shimmer. It is neither black nor silver but in a warmer spectrum like copper, and is fun for hazel eyes that have flecks of gold. I prefer to wear this alone with mascara because of how nice the color sits on medium skin tone. As far as the applicator, you should be experienced to handle it as it can create a very "full" or thick line if you're not careful. However if that is the desired look, you would in other applicators have to perform multiple strokes in order to achieve it when this one can allows it in one.

I have this in the brown, ice black and the smoke. Smoke is beautiful - not gray, but a blue gray. Goes on easy the first time and it does not smudge. It is pricey, but lasts a very long time!

I LOVE the Artliner in Noir. I was very hesitant about purchasing an eyeliner that is so expensive and let me say, it's worth the buy. I bought the Artliner in Noir in November and it is still going strong in mid April. I purchased the Artliner, recently, in Brown and was very disappointed. It is very mild and wears off very easily, not impressed. I figure, I spend about $13 every month for new eyeliner so $30 for an eyeliner that lasts a minimum of 5 months, good buy!

I have been using this eyeliner for maybe 4 years. It is by far the best for oily, hooded Asian eyelids.
The key is to shake the artliner well before using it. Also-practice makes perfect. The felt tip is a little thick but it's soft and doesn't poke my eyes like other.. just need to practice on controlling the tip. It doesn't smudge but it does flake a little after maybe 12 hours... I love it cause I can easily clean it with tissue and won't have crazy raccoon eyes.
One artliner lasted me 7-8 months.

Really, only read this about the 'icy black' color - cannot comment on lasting power etc b/c first try w/this liner. I would describe the color as "hematite" - the shine was not ideal for me. I have fair skin and blue/green/gold eyes and most often wear black or brown liner. This color appeared pale and shiny - did not accentuate my eyes.
