When I first purchased this eye makeup remover I was hesitant because of the price. 4 years later and I'm still purchasing and using it. It removes the most stubborn makeup without rubbing and tugging. I recommend it to anyone who wears lots of eye makeup or just wants a miracle eye makeup remover. A++!!

This product does what it claims. Eye make-up, even the waterproof mascara I wear, comes off fast and easy. A little goes a long way - so if you are like me, a bottle will last a long time.

Quick Take: non-greasy, gentle formula
I'd been wanting to try this remover for a long time, but wasn't excited about the steep price. When I finally splurged and tried it, I was pretty disappointed. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. The one I had been using is about 30% less expensive and works much better. I don't plan to purchase this again.

Lancome's Bi-Facil eye makeup remover works wonderfully getting rid of all eye makeup. It does not cause irritation. I have eczema on my eyelids. It does not cause it to act up like most makeup removers do. Worth the money!

I first tried this makeup remover in one of Sephora's sample bags. I loved it. It was very gentle, removed waterproof makeup and wasn't oily at all. It's hypo-allergenic and very effective. This will be the only makeup remover I will be using from now on. I just hope Sephora brings back the Duo pack that they just recently discontinued.

there's really no other eye makeup remover that does the job like this one. i've tried clinique and it leaves a nasty, sticky residue that doesn't even take off all my eye makeup. my skin ends up being dry because i have to constantly apply the remover ... THEN came along this miracle product.
for girls who use waterproof eye makeup or lots of layers (especially dark), this is the remover you need to get!!! it's gentle on your eyes and the skin around (i have really sensitive skin) and it really gets the makeup off.
it IS a bit oily, so you don't need much. i recommend using q-tips to use as little as possible and then run through with a cotton ball after. this is the best!

Quick Take: gentle formula
I was looking for something different to try after using Purity for so many years. I really like this stuff because it's so gentle and you don't have to pull at your eyes to make it get the job done. I do however find that I need to add a little more to the cotton ball when cleaning my eye makeup off because it doesn't get it all on the first few swipes. Overall though, pleased with it, it's very gentle.

So I've tried a whole bunch of make up removers, from official brands to off the shelf, and this eye make up remover does the job SO MUCH BETTER THAN any I have used.
I usually come home very late at night after studying or partying (haha) and I just want to collapse in my bed and do absolutely nothing. But nope. Gotta take that pesky make-up off -_-.
This remover literally takes me 30 seconds to remover all of my eye make-up (which usually is eye primer, eye shadow, eye liner and mascara). I can plop right back into bed and not worry about makeup for the rest of the night!

Quick Take: does what is peomises, doesn't hurt eyes, completely removes eye-make-up, and easily so, no rubbimg or scrubbing
best there is, I have been using Lancôme since I was 17 (let's just say many decades), since switched to other brands, but never waivered from Bi-Facil. All attempts to do so ended in bitter failure. Bi-Facils is and will be the BEST.
