actually works! has never caused me to break out! I am usually pretty tan and this enhances it greatly but even when I am on the paler side I use this product and it does not make me orange... most do! worth a try!

I cannot tell you how great this product is! However, Lancome is telling me that they will never make this product again. Therefore, I will never buy another Lancocme product again!!! I do not understand why they would discontinue a product like this!!!

Good product for a temporary sun-like glow...

This is the only self-tanner I'll use on my face. I once tried a Clinique body tanner on it and it was disasterous. Anyway, I've used this for at least 6-7 years and although the price seems steeper than it used to be, I believe it's worth it. The bottle lasts quite awhile for me as I don't use it every day (only special occasions).
I have combo, acne-prone skin and this formula doesn't seem to clog my pores or break me out. It DOES make your skin appear a bit oilier after you apply it, but I don't notice it once I apply my makeup on top.
My only complaint is that it is only a temporary fix. Looks good while you wear it, but once you wash your face, any hint of bronze is totally gone.

Quick Take: great tone and looks natural
This is a great bronzer that leaves a natural tan tone on your face, unlike many bronzers that leave an orange tone. My sister in law who is very fair skin also said it works great on her. Highly recommended.

The sunless tanner works well. The tinted color doesnt look weird or too dark but there is some shimmer on the lotion that will make you look shiny espeically if you already have oily skin.

Lancomes Flash Bronzer works extremely well, my skin absorbed it quickly, it hasn't stained my clothes and I noticed my skin did start looking tan in about an hour. I also liked that it stayed for about 2-3 days after application. Love it and will keep using it!

This is a great tanner for my face since it is oil free and applies so smoothly and smells good too. I apply before oilfree sunscreen and Lancome's Teint Idole Ultra (also oil free).
It is too bad this is a discontinue item. Lancome is developing a new formula so buy this original before it is out!

Lancome Instant Bronzer: The French missed it.

I used the Lancome Bronzer until I finished the bottle up becuase of what I paid for it. It definitely was not worth it. It was extremely drying to the skin and would leave streaks. Being fair complected, the end result looked more pumpkinish than anything. Far from anything of a natural suntan color.
I believe Lancome is in the process of re-formulating their product.

Just purchased this today.. the color is really nice! it is lighter than other self tanners I have used.. so it looks really natural. the color does develop immediately and gradually builds. the slight shimmer is nice too! :) it also does not have a strong DHA smell.

I love this light-weight gel bronzer. Its very easy to blend and has a great consistency. It also doesnt have that strange smell that all bronzers seem to have. I love the fact that its tinted so you get an instant bronze which is great as just a base, or in addition to your bronzed powder if you want to add some countour. Its also got a very light shimmer, which adds some luminosity. Another bonus, is it doesnt open or clog your pores, like Ive noticed other self-tanners are prone to do.I only give it 4/5 stars because I wished that the color was a little deeper, as it takes several applications to get a deeper color. Overall, the best facial bronzer Ive tried to date.

Love this product, I use it as a "water/sweat/sleep resistant" blush/bronzer on my cheek. You can even use it under an elaborate makeup to enhance the color of your cheek under it. It looks very very natural and nice. My boyfriend like it too even after I did try to discourage him by telling him that there shimmers in it, which is not very manly... Apparently he dont think they are too apparent : he still using it!!
