This stuff was amazing. My lips were in dire need of some kind of lip treatment when I bought this and I had read the reviews which were mostly good so I thought I'd give it a try. Best decision ever. This stuff smoothed out my dry, peeling lips and moisturized them super quickly.
The only thing that might be bad about it the taste. It's a little weird tasting, but it's easy to ignore.

I purchased this because I was looking for something moisturizing and hydrating w/ sun protection. The Sephora staff highly recommended this product. I have to agree. Only drawback is the consistency, it is fairly soft, so too much pressure on the lips results in too much product. Light pressure will ensure plenty of coveage.

the best lip stuff ever- 11.19.09

Totally addicting. Has the best smell, I put it on when I just need a little pick me up. I LOVE the twist off cap, never end up fishing for the cap in the bottom of my purse and picking hair and lint off of the top of the balm. Can't live without this and I give it as stocking stuffers and team gifts.

It smells really nice, but I had a big problem with the consistency. It always felt like I'd left it sitting in my car in the sun all day, even the very first time I used it, straight from the Sephora box. I thought it'd maybe gotten hot in the delivery truck, so I kept it cool, but it never firmed up again. I returned it.

Best Lip Treatment- 11.14.09

I'm repurchasing this product, and I love it. I like it better in the tinted color. One tube lasts about 2 months and it's really moisturizing for my dry lips(I use it once in the morning and again before I go to sleep). Its one of the few chapsticks that you don't have to reapply a million times. It smells good and tastes good, and it doesn't easily break like the Smashbox Lip Treatment. The tube itself is also really nice, the lip treatment can't twist up until you twist the cap off. This prevents the treatment from accidentally being twisted and crushed while in the tube. If it gets really hot out (90+), put it in your fridge over night.
By the way, I don't know what Leslo was thinking... but one tube of chap stick isn't going to last you a lifetime just because it's a little pricey, lol.

Don't waste your money- 11.13.09

Sure it tastes good and feels good on your lips but it is not work $22.50. You can find comparable products at other stores for a fraction of the price that taste and do the same thing.
I have had mine for 3 months and it is already almost gone and has melted and almost fallen off twice. It also contains oxybenzone which is a known carcinogen,

I love this product. When I first bought it, I considered returning it because $22 seemed like so much to spend on chapstick but after using it for a few days, I was convinced! I have always had an issue with flakey lips (even w/ constant moisturizing) and was resigned to the fact that I'd always need to use lip scrubs. But this product works! No more flaking!

hoped I would love it- 11.09.09
I hoped I would love this product, but after trying to use it for many months, I am not happy with it. It seems to glide on well and seem moisturizing, but 1/2 hr later my lips are sticky and dry and needing reapplication. All day coverage? Yeah, right.
