Quick Take: scented, soothing

I have been using this every other day (that's as often as I can remember to apply it) for a month. Prior to using this I was using Belli Motherhood's firming gel for a month and a half which I received as a gift. I use this under my buttocks, chest, and belly. I'm not sure if it's genetics or the firming gels I've been using but I'm amazed at how firm my skin is getting in comparison to when I first came home from the hospital. It has a nice mild smell so I don't worry about my baby being too near recently applied areas. Mustela is a brand I trust. I am also using the baby products on my newborn. I think the price is reasonable. Anything to help me feel like I'm myself again is a luxury. Worth a try. I will probably buy it again for my next baby.

Not a Miracle Worker - 05.31.09

Quick Take: sticks to clothes, unpleasant scent, temporary results

I used this a few months after my first baby to help smooth the wrinkled appearance of my lower belly. It definitely helped make my belly appear tighter when I used it religiously, but like a cellulite cream, it seemed the effects were temporary. I stopped using the product, and my belly tightened on its own, anyway.

The product is also very sticky. I will still finish the bottle after I have this 2nd baby though.

for me, this product worked, i would put it on twice a day (it relieved my skin of itchiness). the scent is lovely, worth a try
