Quick Take: soft bristles, natural hair
I really like this brush. I think it works better than the other brushes I have. I would definitely recommend it for anyone, especialls anyone who uses bare escentuals eye-shadows, whic I use. It helps me get my makeup on evenly.

Quick Take: soft bristles, decent color payoff, foil brush works better for wet
This is an ok brush when used dry, but it's honestly not that great for using it wet. I prefer to use the foil brush. The foil and fuse brush is made specifically to use wet, whereas this wet/dry brush just seems like someone said "Hey, I bet this would work well wet. Let's just start calling it that from here on out."

Quick Take: scratchy bristles
Over the past couple of years, I've been given two BE Wet/Dry Shadow Brushes. The first one was way too stiff for use, and this new one, which I just received, is also stiff, but works a little better wet, than the first one did (which I ended up giving to someone else). I don't want this new one either, because it's not as good as the brushes I already have in my collection. I don't think this brush is better than drugstore brushes, and might even be worse than some of them.

Quick Take: perfect length, perfect density
This is a great eyeshadow brush. I've tried so many others that have come with things, but keep going back to this one. I'm actually buying another to keep at my boyfriend's house.

Quick Take: soft bristles
I have like 20 different eyeshadow brushes so I really only use this one specifically when I do wet application. I love the "foiled" look and this brush is perfect for that. It's super-easy to do.
As with all the BE brushes, all you have to do is clean them regularly and they hold up just great.

I love it! I thought I was wasting my money when I bought it, but I love it better than the brush I used to use, which was a little smaller than this one. I was afraid it'd be too big, but it blends shades well, and I'm really happy I got it.

SCRATCHY STIFF BRISTLES - NOT FOR ME

Quick Take: bristles are a little too stiff
I was given this brush by someone who didn't want it. I find the bristles to be too stiff for me, also, so I'm giving it away to someone else. The brisltes feel scratchy, and a few of the bristles seem particularly stiff, because they even leave scratch marks on the shadow. I had high hopes for this brush, but it's disappointing. However, I know some people who prefer stiffer brushes so they might be happy with this. I tried to soften the bristles, but that didn't work either.

Smaller version of the full tapered shadow brush?

It seems like this is just a smaller version of the full tapered brush, but it is helpful to have for when I want to apply smaller amounts of color on my eyes. Its a little stiff and there are softer eye brushes out there. It does work with both wet and dry BE shadows but in my experience the full tapered brush does also. It sheds a little (not nearly as much as their face brushes do), but it is long lasting. I've had mine for years.

It works well, but was hard to get used to. I've never had an eyeshadow brush so stiff. I can only seem to get it to blend with light shades because of the texture.
