I absolutely love Bliss products. This scrub is great, very refreshing. It's more coarse than their other scrub, which I like. However, it does seem just a bit pricey for a body scrub.

Okay but not worth the money

I am getting laser hair removal and was looking for a scrub to clear away leftover hair. This is an okay scrub, the slight tingle from the peppermint is nice, but nothing special for the money.

Cooling and refreshing

Quick Take: exfoliating, refreshing, cooling
This scrub is a great for exfoliating (I actually bought it for my face) but the minty smell and cooling experience might be a bit much for some, so less is more. I would start off small. Love the results nonetheless; my face feels so refreshed afterwards.

Quick Take: fine granules
This product is the best to use, especially in the early morning washing your face. It wakes you up and makes you feel so good! This is a wonderful scrub, use it on your feet, back, anyplace! Its amazing to use getting your back washed. Feels like heaven.

I was really pleasantly surprised by how foamy and lush this exfoliator was. And then about five minutes into the lather the mint just explodes all over the place creating this really wonderful tingle all over. It's the perfect way to slough of skin especially after a hot yoga class or a serious cardio workout. Highly recommend!

I love peppermint and this scent is decidedly perfect. And finding the right mint scent for me, is difficult.
A little bit of the product goes a long way, and has a nice rich lather so the product will last you a long time. Has a great tingly-cooling sensation which I love. Though it can make you a bit chilly in a hot shower.
The only thing that I don't like is that the exfoliating portion, while feels great, doesn't really seem to actually exfoliate the skin to the degree I'm used to. I feel like they should either add more, or remove it to perfect the product.

i've been dying to try bliss and well i was in need of a new scrub..the smell and mintyness of this made me NEED to try it.
it was great...very great scrub and SO refreshing. It is true that it makes you somewhat "cold" after but its a great way to wake up or go to bed feeling fresh!
It felt amazing to but lotion on after this you really feel how soft it makes your skin.
I imagine it will be great to avoid ingrowns aw well!

I continue to buy this because my husband loves the scent; however, it is not a very effective exfoliator. I continue to look for an exfoliator that really smooths the skin, and this is not it.

Quick Take: minty, fun
A minty, zingy scrub. My husband and I scrubbed each other down in the shower with this on an extremely hot day and had a blast. It refreshes your whole body and feels cool after you rinse off. It's awesome after a workout or any time you need a pick me up. this scrub really boosts my mood.

I bought this in the winter and I was frozen in the shower after using it, it has since become my summertime go to scrub/soap. This cools me right off and keeps tingling for so long after. A great way to refresh after a hot workout, or just on a hot day. Will definitely keep buying this!

Quick Take: large granules, invigorating
Oh man, this scrub is so invigorating! The peppermint/menthol combination is super chilly even in a hot shower, which feels amazing when you're trying to slough away a skin layer. It feels a little rough compared to sugar body scrubs because the scrubbing granules are large and don't melt like sugar, but it's still a good grab for keeping those problem areas nice and smooth.

I don't know why I thought this was going to be much smaller. Well it's not! I got this just to use for a refreshing face wash since there was rave reviews and I couldn't be happier! AMMMMMAHHHHZING. But as with anything, not everythings going to be for everyone, so you really just need to try it and decide for yourself! ; ) But I believe anyone who envisions a cold/freeze refresher, it doesn't disappoint! I don't really care if it exfoliates or not, it feels great on and makes you feel great after and that's all worth it to me. DEFinetley am going to re purchase, but this should last awhile just using it for face since not alot is needed.

This stuff is AMAZING. I first tried the Bliss Mammoth Minty Scrub Soap, and was in love. During one of my trips to Sephora to purchase more of the soap, a sales associate advised me that Sephora was no longer going to carry it. I was absolutely devastated, and purchased every single box of soap they had left. The sales associate recommended that I try this Soap 'n Scrub as well, since they would continue to carry this. I am so glad I did!
I am NOT a fan of summer and heat at all, so living in the Southwest desert proves to be quite miserable for me. This stuff makes it a heck of a lot more tolerable though! My skin is immediately hit with an intense cooling sensation, that lingers long after I've exited the shower. The exfoliating properties of this scrub can't be beat, and my skin always feels so soft, smooth and refreshed after using this. I don't feel that it's an "uncomfortable" scrub, as some are, but just the right amount of abrasiveness while still being gentle. However, even if this product provided absolutely no exfoliating benefits, I would still purchase it regularly because the intense cooling properties are such a huge relief during the hot, dry, miserable New Mexico summers!
As far as scrubs go, this may be a little on the pricey side, but it is totally worth it to me! I literally cannot live without this stuff, and there is nothing quite as relaxing as using this after a long hot day!
