This scrub can wake you up in the AM after a long night out, make you feel super clean after a workout, even cure a hangover. The minty scent and cool after-feeling really do the trick to make you feel alert and awake and the scrubbing part makes you feel squeaky clean. Use a small dollop at a time, it will foam up a bit and spread out pretty well. I will officially be a lifetime devotee.

The scrubbing part is great, but it is way too "cooling" for me. After a nice long hot shower I don't like to feel like I'm stepping out into a meat locker. A little less menthol tingle would be make it just invigorating, rather than chilling.

I normally use the Bliss Super Slough Scrub (fantastic product), but this product may even be better. At first, I wasn't sure whether I liked the minty fragrance, but it is a terrific exfoliant. I can't use it on my fact like the slough scrub because the mint combined with the exfoliant is too much for me. Using this in the morning is so invigorating. It's really good for the heels and soles of your feet. I highly recommend this product.

Great for sloughing off dry winter skin. Would only recommend using once or twice a week. I like use it before I spray tan. Leaves your skin noticably softer write away. The mint scent is a bonus, it wakes me up and has a nice tingly feel.

Love this whole body exfoliant. It does double duty...not only cleaning your skin, but it leaves it smooth and clean...not greasy like sugar scrubs. Great for the bikini line to prevent ingrown hairs.
